Lori was an excellent host! She takes great measures to make you feel comfortable. She thought of EVERYTHING when it came to providing for those staying with her. I was hesitant about the shared bath and staying with the host on site, but I was really impressed with both the studio and the host. I would highly recommend this booking!

Location, location, location! Tea with Honey was a cozy, clean and comfortable place to rest at the end of each day after touring this beautiful area of Maine! The ferry to outer Islands is literally across the street, downtown Rockland is very walkable and our new favorite restaurant, Home Kitchen Cafe and Bakery is just a street away! Can’t miss Wasses legendary hot dogs, also just a street away! Our first visit to the Maine Coast and our stay at Annie’s place did not disappoint! We would choose to stay here again on our next visit! Annie was extremely responsive and ready to answer any questions we had. We made a suggestion to post a sign for the airbnb parking spot and she promptly made a professional sign and had it posted in less than a day! Love this adorable little flat!

My wife and I planned a last minute trip to Camden, Maine and a lot of the best Inns were already sold out. We were also traveling with a toddler so having her share a room with us is less than ideal. Fortunately my wife suggested we check out airbnb and we found this awesome option. Compared to the inns it was very affordable and we got an awesome, comfy and huge space to ourselves with a second bedroom and it’s right next to the Main Street. If you are looking for a prime location in Camden it doesn’t get much better than this. It also came stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen to make it feel like home.

Before coming to Mia & Bob's, I'd read reviews in which people shared that they have never felt so welcomed and at home. After staying, I can only add that we left, feeling like we'd made dear friends. Mia and Bob are the most genuine and caring of hosts. Staying at the Orchard is one of the most standout experiences we've had over the years. If you're seeking a place that offers the finest in sincere hospitality, comfort and beauty, you've found it.

This is a beautiful home with a breathtaking view! Worth it just to sit in the living room and watch the water. It's down a quiet street a little outside of town, but close enough to head into Rockland and find great food and activities, or head the other way down the coast and check out the seaside. There's access to the shore, though the steps are a little steep and uneven if that's a concern. One other note, the shower and both toilets are on the first floor, while the two non-master bedrooms are upstairs. While this wasn't a problem at all for us, it was slightly unexpected. Fantastic house and location, and we'd be happy to stay here again!

My stay at Lorie's was fantastic. Her farmhouse is cozy and quiet and peaceful. Lorie is a lovely host and a great baker too! Thank you so much Lorie. Highly recommend!

This property was beautiful inside and out! We loved our stay very much and would definitely stay here again. There were great views of the harbor and boats from many locations in the house. The house had a great flow and wonderful natural light and we felt right at home. It was great also having the washer, dryer, and dishwasher. A neighbor helped us find the way to the beach, which was very pretty. We were able to use our paddle boards here and collected sea glass. It was a short trip to Rockland harbor and to the neighboring towns of Owls Head, Rockport, and Camden. We also took a day trip to Bar Harbor.
