Monthly Rentals in Knock

Lovely house. Warm, spacious, comfortable and stylishly furnished. We were on Lewis for work during the week and for leisure at the weekend, and house was perfect for both. For work, it was about 15 mins drive in to Stornoway for my better half's work, and for me there was a large desk and comfortable chair with speedy WiFi. Outside of work, the house is a 5 min walk from a pleasant beach where we were able to swim twice with seals watching on, and you can continue to walk in a loop following the coast over the main road. There's also a good shop / cafe within walking distance. The buses (W5) were reliable; last bus back from Stornoway was at 21:45 which was late enough to let us have a meal out. And finally, though we didn't meet Kathryn, she was very responsive, friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we were unable to make it because of adverse weather conditions. Mark was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the experience and a genuinely lovely man. We will definitely be back.

My stay at the apartment was very clean comfortable and warm with all my needs taken care of. The welcome pack which I appreciated was a lovely surprise which I enjoyed.

Great base for staying in Stornoway city centre. Don't be disheartened on arrival, the house looks a bit run down from the outside but inside it is warm, modern and cosy. Great shower! Quiet for city centre, easy free on street parking opposite the door and everything in walking distance. Thoroughly recommended
