Monthly Rentals in Kızılyaka

In the last week of September, we had a very pleasant holiday at Ms. Şeyda's house, the house was sparkling clean, the linens, towels,kitchen utensils, everything was considered according to the needs. We really had a nice holiday by feeling at home. The location of the house was also quiet and very close to the center by car, even though it was not very close to the center. We also loved the Şirinköy Akçapınar locations, and the coffee shops, which were very close to the house, and the restaurants were both cozy and stylish places with vision. I'm sure we'll miss the house and want to come back:)

We had a very comfortable stay for 4 people. Everything was immaculately clean, whatever you see in the photos, there are even more kitchen supplies, there are plenty of kitchen supplies. It is close to the famous Gökova intersection close to everything with the vehicle. I recommend it to families who want to stay in peace and have a pleasant time in a very calm village. Thank you to Mr. Süleyman and his wife, Ms. Songül, for their interest.

The stay was great. We felt right at home The apartment and terrace were super clean and there was everything you need for everyday life. If I visit the area again, I will definitely prefer this place. Animal-friendly homeowners and neighbors, the little kittens have enchanted us! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tüg’s beautiful villa. The house itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment unforgettable. The location was perfect—just half an hour away from Marmaris and 10 minutes from the lovely town of Akyaka, both offering plenty to explore. The host was amazing—very responsive and always available to answer my questions. They went above and beyond by providing local recommendations. I can’t recommend this place enough! Whether you’re looking for relaxation, stunning scenery, or easy access to nearby attractions, this property has it all. I would absolutely stay here again!
