Monthly Rentals in Kitsilano Beach

We had a great stay at Dawn’s place. It’s conveniently located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to Kits Beach. The room also has a private Jacuzzi, which is a big plus. Dawn is very pleasant and provided us with a helpful guide to the neighborhood. We’d definitely look to stay here again next time!

This was my third stay at Betty’s ground level, very clean suite. The windows let in plenty of light. The home is on a beautiful green, tree lined street. I like being able to prepare my food in Betty’s kitchenette. There’s everything there that I need for light food preparation and heating up food and making coffee etc. Theres a grocery store and coffee shop a block away. That’s important for me. The bed is comfortable. Betty responds quickly to any questions. I will likely stay at Betty’s again.

I reserved this apartment for a one-month stay for a colleague travelling from Dublin, and I am so happy with this choice! The host was so incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive to our needs and requests, and my colleague raved about this rental upon check-out. The beautiful space, countless amenities, and perfect location really helped to make his stay in Vancouver a great one. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to travel to Vancouver - whether for business or pleasure (or both), you'll be guaranteed to love your time here!

We can’t say enough great things about Deb and Jim’s home, and them as hosts. They put so much thought into Mandingo sure the space is comfortable, including having some breakfast items already there for us when we checked in. The location is amazing, and we were able to walk around to see some of the sites in Kits and it was a quick drive to see other parts of the city. Choices Market is literally around the corner, as is a great little bakery and Italian place. We had our 1 year old with us, and having so many things so close was such a help. We would recommend this home and Deb and Jim as hosts to anyone. Our family felt right at home and we’d happily stay here again.
