Had a wonderful stay in this home away from home. Home was clean, perfectly located, and our host was quick to respond to any questions and needs we had. Would definitely stay here again!

By far one of the most amazing places I've stayed ever. Literally right on the water and perfectly secluded I forgot that anyone even lived near by. Its so peaceful and quiet, and the house is so amazing. If you're looking for a place to unwind and destress from your everyday this is the place to do it. 10/10 definitely recommend and will definitely be going back again. Loved it!!

A wonderful and relaxing place to stay on Whidbey Island with a ton of space to host a large gathering of friends or family.

The house was super cute with a beautiful patio and garden. We also loved that it was a short walk to the park and waterfront. Our dog really enjoyed that! The upstairs ran fairly warm, particularly in the daytime, but there were plenty of fans to help cool us off. So it was a very pleasant experience. Overall a fantastic stay and we highly recommend!!

We had a great girls' weekend at Gail's home: the view was beautiful, both when the fog rolled over the water in the morning and in watching the sunset (we even spotted what we think was a whale fin on our last day!). The area was very quiet and private. There was plenty of space for us all to stay in the main house, but having the detached garage/apartment was helpful to use as a second bathroom when need be. There were plenty of different comfortable seating areas both inside and outside the home that made it very relaxing. This was the best stocked Airbnb I've stayed in where amenities were concerned. Plenty of bath towels and dishes. We cooked almost all of our meals; the kitchen had pretty much every appliance, pot, or pan you might need. It was also very well organized with labeled shelves and detailed instructions. The home was generally clean and tidy, although the floors probably could have used a sweep based on some pet hair left behind by a prior visitor. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was nice and peaceful and the surroundings were beautiful! The town was very cute and although we mainly took it easy there is lots to do in the surrounding area. We will likely stay here again in the future!

We had a really lovely cozy time here by the beach. The house was a great size to host 8 adults. No issues!

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Bethany was professional in all her interactions with us. she was prompt and pleasant.

The apartment unit had everything we needed for a comfortable extended stay. Location was private and had a lot shops nearby. Bethany is a great host. She was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Tonias studio was great! Perfect space for a night on Bainbridge Island.

Our stay was an amazing escape and exactly what we needed to get away and relax and even look for a home of our own in the area. Allison was an amazing host going above and beyond with everything from early and late check ins, providing additional info for the area, and generally caring about your stay at her property. She was extremely accommodating and responsive. We absolutely will be back when our house hunt continues or we want to get away again.

We needed a slower pace and a little peace, and we found it! We felt right at home and the kitchen is gorgeous. The beds are so comfy!

This is a nice place to stay in. Clean, well equipped. Owners have fast responses and seem to care that you have a nice time at their Place.

It was incredibly amazing first time in bainbridge

My husband, dog Maggie, and I spent two nights at Shayne and Warren's guest suite and had a wonderful time. Even before the trip started, we received timely and helpful communications about our upcoming stay. The directions to get there were clear and led us straight to our retreat. What a beautiful property tucked away in a forested area with walking paths perfect for strolls with Maggie. The suite was cozy, welcoming, and comfortable for all of us. I worked remotely while there and found the internet speed to be perfect. Shayne and Warren had anticipated everything that guests might need, and while we never had to reach out for anything, we knew how to get in touch with both of them at any point if we needed. We appreciated the opportunity to have a comfortable place over the holidays and wouldn't hesitate to visit again!

The home is beautiful and the setting is amazing. Seeing the stars through the skylights on our one clear night was a real treat. The kitchen had more than sufficient pots and pans and I loved the big drawers. I was surprised about the shower not spraying out on the floor, we have an open shower also but the difference is the shower heads. I would love to stay for several months. It’s obvious that Andrea is trying to care for the environment. It’s emphasized by her recycling and cleaning products. Love the place

We had an absolutely wonderful 4- generation family vacation on the farm. The perfect place to relax and unwind and spend time together. My 2-year-old grandson loved all the friendly animals, the swing, the walk to the creek and just being able to roam free on the farm. We loved the comfortable farmhouse, the incredibly well-equiped kitchen and our lovely chats w our hosts and other guests. Recommend 100%!

This place was magical. So clean and nicely decorated. I could read my book in bed and hear the rain on the skylight, see the ocean out the sliding door, and hear the waves crashing around. They had treats for my dog and then also for me! On our walks right outside the Airbnb we saw seals and starry nights and the ferries coming and going. I would definitely stay here again. It was beautiful!

Well, it was my fourth stay at Hummingbird Haven and I think that speaks for itself :) I typically stay for a little personal retreat and really enjoy the tranquil atmosphere, the beautiful yard and view of the forest and mountains. I love having little visits from hummingbirds and deer. It’s a beautiful, cozy, clean and calm place, not far from town. What more could you want?

We stayed for a week and I have to say, it made our vacation out here great! Quilcene is a wonderful small town with plenty to see. Full of trails and the local restaurants were great! The actual cottage was very well placed, peaceful, and extremely private. We were encouraged to walk his beautiful property and he even created a small trail for easy exploration! Absolutely stunning view of the Bay Area! Cottage was super clean, very cozy, well insulated as well. We stayed in late fall and we were never cold. Brian is a very accommodating host, I needed to glue my shoes as the soles had started to split, and he recommended the local hardware store where I found what I needed and even offered to lend me some clamps of his own! He really makes you feel comfortable and at home here. Our time here will never be forgotten and we would absolutely stay at Brian’s cottage again.

Rachel's house is awesome! Big open kitchen/living room space that was very comfortable for our family of 4. Wonderful, fully fenced yard that the dog loved. Lovely walking right out the front door and an easy drive into Winslow or Lynwood Center for meals.
