Wow! What a special and peaceful stay. A tranquil immersion into the natural beauty of the PNW. Definitely the most unique Airbnb we’ve stayed at. My partner and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary, and house upon the sand was the perfect getaway. Thank you DJ + Karen!

The outside space is incredible and so peaceful. The inside takes advantage of the views and is such a comfortable place. We had six people in our group and the inside living spaces comfortably accommodated our mellow mornings, movie nights, home cooked meals, and family game nights. My family was begging to rebook another stay as soon as we got there.

First off, I have to say, that Deniece was an excellent communicator. She responded quickly to any questions I had and I appreciated that immensely. It gave me great confidence ahead of our stay that she was indeed a super host and that our stay would be lovely. Upon arriving and throughout our stay the home not only met, but exceeded all of our expectations. The home and waterfront property were absolutely beautiful and everyone in our group was extremely happy. There were many nice touches, such as fresh bouquets of flowers, fresh cookies and scones, and wine with chilled glasses. The kitchen was very well equipped. You don't need to bring a thing! There were also plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Our granddaughter especially loved the Children's garden and we spent lots of time playing there. We all loved sitting on the deck and on the porch enjoying the beautiful waterview and sunsets. We will without a doubt, stay there again. Thank you so much Deniece and Rich!

Having come from downtown Seattle, my husband and I were so grateful for the cozy and quiet comfort of the cottage. The views were outstanding and we enjoyed watching seals swim through the bay everyday. This is a charming and intimate place to stay. We just loved it.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Anchor Down Inn. The home exceeded expectations, such beautiful views and a comfy, clean and spacious home. The balloons, cake, and flowers for a birthday were such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. We were greeted with a friendly note, wine, and snacks. The hot tub was wonderful and the surprise visit of Seals our first morning was incredible. Rachel was very responsive and helpful if I had any questions, and even let us check in early the day of our arrival. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a private getaway. We will definitely be back!

This house was awesome! Had tickets to the Mariner’s game and its location is only a 10 minute drive to the Southworth Ferry terminal which drops you off very close to the stadium. The house came equipped with kayaks/paddle boards and we had a lovely paddle on the sound right in front of the home. The house is very kid friendly and has a wonderful view of the sound. Yuni was a great host, very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a very nice stay here. It is a very peaceful place, and the full kitchen made nights with my 2 young boys much easier. Would definitely stay here again.
