I'm feeling like I should keep this gem to myself. What a find. perfect spot. great up to date look and feel. lots of comfortable furniture. bed was amazing, couch could fit 10 people. love this place.

Jen is a fantastic host. The place is wonderful, plenty full of things around if you forget something she has you covered with most essentials. The only thing that could of went better for us is the weather. It rained hard the whole time we stayed but we still had a wonderful time, this place works for bad weather and staying indoors. The final day was sunny when loading up to leave, we caught a big Bluegill before leaving . She is planning on putting in a dock and that will make this place much better even know it's already perfect. Thanks for sharing your home and we will return soon. We had a great time!

If your idea of Heaven includes a beautiful lake view in a tranquil setting where you can relax, I have good news. This location is it. Joanna Beth responded to questions quickly and I felt confident that our stay would be a perfect getaway, which was correct. The space was clean, comfortable, roomy, and had everything we needed. The recommendations for restaurants in town were really helpful, and we enjoyed some of the nearby hiking opportunities as well. We will definitely stay here again in the near future!

Pop’s Cabin was the perfect little get away. A beautiful piece of property with an awesome little cabin. We explored all the great things So. IL has to offer but if you love being outside there’s enough to do just at the cabin alone. Tony was a fantastic host. We really enjoyed our time and the peace and quiet this stay has to offer.

We had a great time & really enjoyed the cabin! The place is very nice, well kept, & super peaceful. Of course the best part was the hot tub. It was very clean, easy to use, & very relaxing! We will be back!

The perfect relaxing cabin. A short drive from gorgeous wineries and a quick walk to a beautiful hiking trail where we found over 12 mushroom species. Highly recommend this host!

This place was exactly what I was looking for — somewhere private to unwind. The location was secluded but still close enough to other amenities and activities. Jess was the perfect host and clearly communicated all information about the property before our arrival. She checked on us during our stay and reached out afterwards as well.

Cute, cozy, and peaceful cabin with great views! The cabin was easy to find, was super clean and cute when we arrived, and the hot was very responsive to any questions we had! The wildflower cabin was so beautiful and just what we needed to get away together. The winery was right down the road as well as hiking if you like to do that! We enjoyed our stay so much!

This is our second trip for our girls family wine weekend- Songbird Cabin is Perfect!! We have nicknamed our tribe- The Songbirds!! We are excited to come back in October! We have the TShirt to prove it!!

This was my first airb&b and I absolutely loved it!! It was perfect for a getaway weekend for my husband’s birthday and we had a blast! Everything was clean, and very cute. The hot tub was perfect on a rainy weekend!! It rained the whole stay but we had a break in the storm and decided to jump in for a minute. We will definitely be back!!!

Very friendly and compassionate to help us get settled in quickly, so we could attend to what we came for. The place was very clean and the peaceful surroundings were the perfect atmosphere for us. I have been on Airbnb for over 10 years and as frequent So. IL guests, this is our most favorite house ever. Hannah is kind and caring, and she keeps things simple (which other hosts could learn from). No big book of rules or requirements - this is how it should be on vacation! We immediately felt comfortable, welcome/at home, for our extended travel. This house meets all of our needs and our main priorities: well-equipped throughout, comfortable furniture and beds, clean, private, firepit w/wood, and what really stood out for us was the QUIET! We were so pleased that it's the quietest area we've ever stayed - no sounds of loud people - just beauty, along with a wide variety of songbirds, a pair of owls, an evening-visiting deer, and a small babbling brook. How idyllic and enchanting! The perfect place to come back to, after days exploration, to relax and meditate on life. I prepared all but one meal here, we had a wonderful fire one night and enjoyed rainfall from the covered porch.

The cabin was clean, secluded and very peaceful. We will stay there again when visiting family. Thank you Tom for a nice stay!
