Wonderful hosts, providing warm welcome with treats on arrival, milk, coffee, tea etc, homemade cakes and fresh eggs when hens laying. Great communication, flexibility and on site if help needed. Property is well equipped, clean, comfortable, nicely presented and in a peaceful setting with great views.This is our happy place and we thank Liz and Andy for sharing it. Beautiful spacious bedroom with feature window overlooking the estuary and large comfy bed. Fabulous beaches all with different characters, Tarka trail, loads of lovely restaurants, cream teas. Always had room to park up the private driveway.

Liz was a wonderful host: we checked ourselves in (there’s a keybox but the key had been left in the door for us) and Liz knocked on the door to say hi! She was so lovely and made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with the space: it is spacious and open, very clean and has everything we needed (including a couple of games to keep us entertained). The bed is really comfy, and it was perfect to go to sleep/wake up to the skylight window above us. Easy vicinity to get to all the sights we wanted to see by car. The instructions were helpful and clear so that we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived and we got exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend!

Another lovely stay in Braunton at Kelly's studio. Always a pleasure to stay here, at this property our third or fourth visit. It's our home from home when we visit Braunton. We will definitely be visiting again.

We had an amazing time staying in the Tarka suite. Clare and Brian are amazing hosts, they provided everything that you need and more. Great location with a few pubs and restaurants in walking distance, also a lovely walking trail a few minutes away. Bed was so extremely comfortable and had lots of pillows. Also was gifted a bottle of Prosecco as this was booked for a birthday, so really felt this went above and beyond and made the trip feel so much more personal. Thank you guys so much!
