Edwin is an extremely communicative host. He responds to both texts and phone calls immediately. The property is very comfortable and well located. Magnificent ocean views from both the main living area and master bedroom. Remodeled Kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully done. I have a bad back and the beds were incredible. We came to Long Beach for the birth of our first grandchild and we hope to stay here again for all of our many future visits. Overall wonderful experience !!!

Danny’s place was clean, beautiful, peaceful, and so close to some amazing restaurants nearby! It was easy to check in and has all the things we needed such as a fantastic kitchen and luxurious bathroom. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed at and would recommend to everyone.

My family of four had a lovely time at Gail's. The place was clean and very comfortable. She has all the gear you need for a stay at the beach and the outdoor shower was an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

Pristine studio in Long beach, steps from bars, restaurants, and the beach. Absolutely immaculate! Cozy bed linens and good towels, great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Erica was very informative throughout our stay and the Valentine's cookies were a special touch. would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

this place was so, so cozy! from all the candles, to the amazing smelling bedding and bathroom towels. perfect location near lots of little shops, restaurants and ocean! anastasia was so quick with responding and made our weekend getaway seamless. 10/10 recommend.

A nice Cozy beach condo, its Very close to a bunch of restaurants & Bars so it made it even more convenient. Plus its a very quiet area so sleeping was no problem. Id definitely stay here again!

5 stars is not enough for this home. After spending our days in NYC, it was worth the drive to retreat to this sanctuary. There is nothing that was missing in this Airbnb. The host has thought about everything. From the proactive communication to make sure our stay was enjoyable. To the detailed instructions on how to use all the amenities that are provided. The home is IMMACULATE!! Just book it. The best decision you will make.

It was a wonderful location! There was no gas for the bbq but we got great info for where to get and an offer of reimbursement and the hosts always responded very quickly with any questions! We definitely want to stay there again! It was my first experience with an airbnb and it was more than I hoped for.

Edwin is a kind host and always replys quickly. The apartment offers much space and had everything we needed. We loved the ocean view, the near access to the boardwalk/beach and the surrounding area including good restaurants in walking distance and perfect train connection to Manhattan. We will come back!
