Monthly Rentals in Kayaköy

A fantastic villa within a beautiful location. The pool is the star of the show and was cleaned every morning. I would recommend a hire car, although there are numerous walks and quality restaurants within reasonable walking distance. We look forward to returning to the villa and Kayakoy in the future. Cem was super friendly and helpful.

The apartment is very cleverly set out, making the most use of space and in a good location in terms of access to shops and local bus route. The property is equipped with all the basics for cooking and laundry, and has been finished to a good standard with charming little touches throughout. The view from the balcony was also a highlight. Münevver was friendly and helpful, and we were made to feel very welcome. Excellent value for money, and would definitely stay again. Thank you 🙏

We had a great stay at Panos Villa. It is in a beautiful secluded location on the edge of Kayakoy, but only a short drive to the beaches and restaurants. Perfect stay if you are looking for some peace and quiet in a modern villa with gorgeous views, highly recommend and the villa looks just like the photos.

the architecture of the house, the landscaping of the garden was extremely nice, the pool was calm and pleasant, the furniture used in the house was of good quality, the atmosphere of the location was very nice, it was a pleasant holiday without any problems
