Thank you so much for a fabulous stay. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. Robbie was always on hand for any questions re local area or takeaway etc and made sure we were settled upon arrival. Fantastic location with Bude only a short drive away! Kids and dogs will certainly miss the lovely meadow on the doorstep! Wonderful!

We had such an amazing time in the Coach House at Woodlands Manor Farm. Would highly recommend. Lovely location with beautiful views and nearby beaches. Just what you need for a quiet and relaxing break away!

Beautiful, spacious, unique place, with lovely decor and finished with elegance. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. The place suited us perfectly for 9 guests. Exactly as described on the site. We struggled a bit with the amount of people to number of bathrooms, (1 bathroom, plus 1 en-suite) but not really an issue, just a bit of planning. The host, Rose was great, really responsive, approachable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and love to book again.

Spacious lovely cottage, 8 adults stayed. Well equipped with the things you need and Simon is quick to respond to messages. Would recommend!
