Lovely property with everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. And after a long day on the fells, the bath in the upstairs bathroom is amazing for a long soak. The host gave perfect instructions for literally everything so we had no issues with anything. Highly recommend this lovely home, we will definitely stay again.

A huge thank you to Jackie, John and Cooper 🐶 for everything during our stay this week. The accommodation was perfect for us and felt like home from home. The little additional touches were most appreciated. The location was perfect for walking our dogs, getting a train, walking into Kendal or getting in / out of Kendal by car. We would love to come back when we are next up visiting family in Kendal.

We had a great stay at John’s place. Perfect for our family of four. John was kind and quick to respond but there was not much need to contact him because we had no issues. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. The garden outside feels very private and was lovely to relax after a day exploring the Lake District. It’s perfectly located to visit the lakes and the North Pennines. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Lovely property in the northern Lake District

We used this as an overlay to get back to London to stay by the airport. Ugh, if only we would have known how great this place is. We probably would've stayed till our last day. Coming from across the pond Lynn had ice cube trays AND fans!!! That's a huge plus. You immediately felt right at home. The bathroom and shower are nice and big. The towels didnt have the crunch to them as if air dried. The beds were comfy and the bedding wasnt too heavy. Everything was marvelous and when we come back we hope to stay here. Top notch host and place. Thanks so much for sharing it 😊

Great hosts very helpful. The home has everything you would need , its a proper little home lots of books and board games in the draws, comfy beds and good location near the beach and a 45 minute drive to windemere, 1 hour to scafell pike and has shops nearby

A lovely cottage in fantastic condition. It is clear that it is maintained to a high standard and had everything we needed. Hosts were great with communication with very clear instructions on arrival and departure. We will definitely be looking at staying here again if we come back to the lakes. Thank you for having us!

Excellent host. Very good property with Tesco, Co op stores near by. Indian and Chinese restaurants within walkable distance.. New property, can't ask for more. Host was very kind to give extra time during checkout. Highly recommended property.

Everything was perfect and as described..location was ideal and right next to the complex with space for two cars which was great. The facilities in the bungalow were great and having two toilets was worth it. There was an issue with trying to get hot water in the shower where David was rapid in his response, the water did still go cold every now and again but nothing major. Great stay, great communication and will 100% be back for sure. 5 stars all round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic few days staying at the Wigwam. It was clean and very spacious and had everything we needed for our family of 4. The location was perfect, right on the beach and a short distance from the main centre and shop. Susan was very responsive with any quiestions we had. We will definitely return :)

Loved, loved, loved staying in this beautiful studio with the the beach at the end of the garden. Views were amazing and the accommodation has everything you need and more. Only downside is you have to leave. Highly recommend and will be back for sure. Linda and Paul are wonderful ❤️

A really nice and cozy bungalow, suitable for 2 couples, on the outskirts of Kendal. We stayed here during the Kendal Mountain Festival and getting in and out of town was very easy and that was without using the bus which stops at the top of the road every 30mins. Stuart was really helpful and contacting him was super easy, he greeted us on check-in and made us feel right at home.

The bungalow is prominently situated on a gentle slope, surrounded by open grassland. A well-maintained driveway leads to the property, which features a spacious exterior and ample parking. A garage stands adjacent, complementing the overall appeal of the residence.

The airbnb was spotless and as advertised! Plenty of towels for guests and a tonne of space in the living area, bedrooms and kitchen. Easily fit 4 cars on the car. The host Jaz was really friendly and very responsive and made sure we were welcome and gave very clear and easy instructions to follow.

Kate & Ryan’s bungalow is a great place for walkers and cyclists - so close to the coast, Lakes, Dales and Forest of Bowland. It is generously spacious with plenty of space for two and our dog - who loved the secure garden and watching the horses go by. The kitchen was well equipped and the utility room was ideal for bike and muddy boot storage. Kate gave us a warm welcome and lots of helpful hints on where to head to. Thank you 🙂
