Vacation rentals with breakfast in Keswick

Andrew was really communicative and made everything so easy. The house was nice and tidy and nearby the city centre with nice places within very easy each. would recommend!

We had such a fabulous stay at Carole’s place in Warton. The lodge was immaculate and so well equipped with everything we needed. The location was quiet, private and set around a lovely small lake. 30 minute drive to Windermere and 15 minutes to Lancaster. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

Myles and his little place was excellent, location was great parking was about 100m away and a reasonable price, Myles answered my emails promptly and everything he said was accurate. I would definitely recommend this place again if I am in the village visiting friends again I would have no reservations about rebooking Thanks Myles great host great place could not have asked for more

I’m sad I only got to stay for one night! Sarah and her beautiful family welcomed me into their home and made me feel so incredibly welcome. Such attentive and friendly hosts. Including unlimited doggy cuddles. The space was just beautiful - so much space to hang out, immaculate bathroom with a great shower, and a super comfy bed. The breakfast nook and coffee machine was perfect. Free on street parking right outside. I’ll definitely recommend to a friend and will stay again when I’m next in Lancaster!

This is such a wonderful place! It is charming, cozy and beautifully decorated. It is perfectly located to explore the Northern Fells of the Lake District with beautiful scenery all around. The house itself was perfect in every way and the owners were very generous with little touches around the house, with bread and milk on arrival, food for breakfast and much more. The fire was set for us and there were lots of fresh flowers. This is a great place to stay and we had an amazing weekend there.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Tess, the host was great, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to everything we needed. My famiky truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable. Beautiful cottage in great location in the centre of town and handy for the Lakes. Spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished with lots of lovely touches like a beautiful bunch of flowers and goodies on arrival. Highly recommended.

What a lovely find for a last minute get away. Very easy to book and communication was excellent. We were greeted by Martin, who offered to help with our luggage, quirky followed by Howard. Both hosts were friendly, chatty and welcoming and were available if we needed anything during our stay. Howie provided us with a parking permit, a bargain at £5 and Martin showed us to our suite to make sure we were happy. Recommendations for places to visit were also given The suite was spotless and had everything we needed for our short stay. Bed was super comfy, fluffy towels and it was great to have a living area to relax when we returned later in the evening. On leaving the following morning, Martin came to say bye and again offered to carry our luggage. We had a lovely time, great hosts and will definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Thanks Martin and Howie.

Stayed 4 days in Paul’s lovely cottage, just a short walk from Hawkshead village. The accommodations were as expected and Paul could not have been a more gracious host. He has a wealth of local knowledge and directed us on some beautiful walks. Breakfasts were fantastic! Would absolutely return in a heartbeat.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Motherby House and am so grateful to the hosts, Jacquie and David, for making me feel so welcome. They’re both kind and engaging—and they gave me some great recommendations for places to eat and visit in the area. Breakfast was delicious and Jacquie kindly made me a tasty packed lunch for my hike! I’d be very happy to stay here again.

Beautiful warm clean accommodation . The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Bathroom was large, very clean and hot water. Julie left us a wide choice of breakfast including vegan, lovely. Very private and quiet, parking. Attention to detail was great “sheep” .

Fantastic place to stay in the Lake Distric. We went with our own car and there is private parking at the place itself. It is close to the main beautiful towns, lakes and mountains of the district, fitting every plan you might have around the area. We cannot speak about public transport from our own experience. Stuff was so welcoming, communication was so easy and they were giving us advice on the possible plans around the area, making us feel at home. We will definetly come back on our next visit to the district.

My wife, baby and I loved our two-night stay in Brian's tranquil and homely farmhouse. For a 7 month old the set up with a double bed and a single bed worked perfectly for us. It was nice to arrive to a warm bedroom as he had turned the heater on ahead of our arrival. Peaceful, quiet location with stunning surrounding views. His two black cats are lovely too! Thank you

Had a peaceful nights sleep, Jacqueline and Geoff are friendly warm welcoming hosts. And Geoffs home made granola was heavenly, thank you so so much. The room was warm cosy perfect 💚✨🌳

If you want a really homey, quiet base to do hikes from AND several really good farm-to-table vegetarian restaurants all within 15-min. drive, this is the place for you. I stayed 4 days with Bren in her home and felt very at home. She even made me vegetarian breakfasts each morning. Comfy bed, sunny room, excellent shower and a tub if you like to soak. Really good WiFi! and super friendly neighbors whom I met. Bren is super communicative, had great suggestions for places to visit and hikes to take. Would totally stay with her again.

Really lovely place, right in the heart of the peaks, Jill and Steve are clearly really passionate about the local area and gave us lots of tips. Very genuine and active hosts. The cooked breakfast was perfect the day after a long day doing the 3 peaks challenge! Can also highly recommend pie at the Station Inn just up the road! Leah :)

Kate’s place is pure magic! I wish we had stayed multiple nights. It was beautifully decorated, cozy, and warm. Kate was kind and made a delicious breakfast spread. The cats were so friendly and playful. I highly recommend staying here!
