Ed and Judy were kind and thoughtful. If you want peace and quiet, this is a nice place to stay. We are from the East, so different scenery and some beautiful sunrises

Stacy was a fantastic host!! She personalized the home for our stay and had very thorough instructions for check in/out and around the house for amenities. She gave lots of local recommendations as well! She is by far the best host I’ve experienced! 10/10 would recommend her as a host and her home!

To say this place exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I had never been to Greeley before and this gem was beautiful and well maintained. Loved the commercial/residential aspect with a delicious coffee shop n lower level. The hardwood floors, colors, textures, light, it felt like a little slice of city in the cozy town of Greeley. Would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to others. The response time was perfection and the amenities were beyond expectations. Nice work!
