Monthly Rentals in Kenyon

Fantastic stay for 8-12 people! Extremely open space, and lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. My stay involved lots of karaoke, darts, fireside chats, and enjoying coffee on the outside porch overlooking the woods. The space itself is massive, and could easily fit a large group without feeling cramped. I stayed with 7 others and we all loved the place. 10/10 would recommend! My only complaint is the amount of personal belongings that were left by the host. There was a significant amount of food and drinks left in both fridges(one in the kitchen and one in the garage) with little to no instructions on what was the hosts personal food or what was left by past guests. The bar in the garage was also stocked with some drinks and mixers, but again there were no instructions on if they were there for guests or not. A few more details about the rules could have been nice, but that is just one small complaint against so many positive features this stay has to offer!

I really enjoyed my stay at Woody & Lisa's place. The location was perfect for me to visit my daughter at SSM, it's about a 5-minute walk to the upper campus. Everything was spotlessly clean and very homey. I'll definitely stay here again!

I recently needed a long term/temporary housing solution in the Owatonna area. After conducting an extensive search I found Matt’s listing for Apt 1, the price and location were exactly what I was looking for. Matt was very proactive, responsive and helpful with all communication throughout my stay, absolute best host I’ve worked with. On check in day I really wasn’t expecting too much just because the price was so reasonable but was blown away upon walking into the place. The place is clean and modern with awesome views of the downtown streets. You can basically park your car and walk to anything you need; coffee shop, restaurants, breweries and parks. Apt 1 is the absolute best rental in the city! I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone visiting the city, just don’t rent it if I’m planning a trip there.

This was our third time staying at Marlo and Maggie's. It is the perfect location for visiting our family. There is a big eat in kitchen where we shared many family dinners. We used the grill, even in January to prepare meals! The house is squeaky clean! We will be back!
