A very relaxing stay in superb facilities. It is obvious that a great deal of thought and care has gone into developing the home. The location is excellent and very close walking distance to a variety of amenities ( shops, pharmacy, two pubs, railway station, ferry to Exmouth). Hope ghly recommended.

Lovely well equipped studio in a beautiful village with stunning view of the estuary. Florence was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Very relaxing weekend break. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you xx

The Cabin is comfortable and private accommodation. Fantastic facilities for every day living and extremely clean. Jayne clearly has attention to detail. Totally enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Booked super last minute and Angus was able to host. Cosy, warm, lovely. My fault entirely for not checking (I booked very last minute) but there is no hob or microwave or any cooking facilities apart from a kettle and a fridge and cutlery. There’s an aldi nearby and lots of pubs and restaurants (had a lovely steak at the passage house inn) Really lovely place to base yourself to explore Topsham and beyond. Really thankful!
