Monthly Rentals in Kent County

We had a remarkable three night stay. It was close enough to walk into to town. The town was so cute and friendly with many things to see and do. We wish we stayed longer. It was the most perfect retreat for our anniversary. We could watch the dam from the front window or outside in the rocking chairs. We didn’t use the ac much but when we did it was so quiet. It also gets super cold if that’s what you like. We had to adjust it a couple times which was very simple to do. We instantly became comfortable. Comfy couches, bed and amenities. Bed was firm with a topper with extra blankets if needed. Written instructions for needed things like WiFi, tv, ac usage was very easy to understand. Even the apartment locks/keypad was very easy to use. We felt very safe and secure while being in or away. Never ran into the owner but we wish we had. Would have loved to have thanked them personally. We most definitely will be back.

Paul and Elizabeth’s place is perfect. Beautiful, thoughtfully designed, extremely clean, and very comfortable. As hosts, they are also perfect. Attentive, very knowledgeable about the area, warm, and helpful. We stayed for a month, but wished we could have stayed longer!

I had a great time staying at Brianne’s place. It’s clean and convenient. Brianne is always responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. Perfect size for single traveler! Have in-unit washer and dryer and clean bathroom. Highly recommend it!

I found the space welcoming and well-stocked. I stayed for 3 months and had enough kitchen items, linens, etc. to make me feel right at home. The outdoor space is lovely and the location is very peaceful without being too far from town. Host was extremely friendly and communicative, which I appreciated. I would certainly stay here again!
