Monthly Rentals in Kensington

This is a clean, quite and comfortable Airbnb. The host lives upstairs, so you can hear them using their kitchen, but that didn't bother me since I didn't hear them otherwise. The kitchen is small with limited counter space, so I'd suggest keeping your meals simple. The bed is on the softer side. It's around a 10min drive to the closest BART station, which made it easy to get into SF.

It was very easy to walk around the neighborhood to go to a store for coffee and a grocery store in early morning. It was great to walk anywhere near the location of this airbnb. The way from the house anywhere else would be up hill and then going back was all downhill.

This was my second time staying at Carolyn’s place. Another wonderful stay! Definitely recommend.

Our hostess with the mostess! We’ve been to a handful of Airbnbs and this by far was one of our favorites. It was myself and my 2 children (13yrs old & 11yrs old). This stay was last minute & Trish responded quickly. I was able to have a place to stay within hours! After initial contact I was able to check in easily & Trish offered multiple recommendations that helped us get settled in with groceries & dinner. The location and Airbnb were gorgeous! Driveway to front door was accessible. It made it easy to carry items to & from car. It was clean & felt like home, which made it easy to get a good nights rest. The local market & restaurants were a quick walk from the Airbnb. Safe location, gorgeous scenery, kind people walking around :) all around a wonderful stay & location. If you need a place near Kensington we highly recommend Trish’s Airbnb! Thank you Trish - we can’t wait to stay again!
