The accommodation in Pachna is very attractive especially due to the beautiful dining area in front of the house. You get daily visits to the cats from the neighborhood. There is air conditioning that we liked to use due to the temperatures. If you have a slightly lighter sleep, you should know that very early in the morning many birds in the tree in front of the house welcome the morning, which is quite noisy. But also romantic. Against mosquitoes, you should also bring protection. There were very many in our travel time and it is hardly possible to avoid their intrusion into the house. Pachna is a good place to explore the island by car as it is quite central. There is a good tavern and several pubs in the village and two small supermarkets. The tranquility is fantastic, the hosts are incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to questions. If you want to use the washing machine, it is recommended to take a few tabs from home, then you don't have to get one on site.

Very nice renovated old stone house. Quiet, bed and linens are very good, hot water good, kitchen well stocked and equipped, heaters adequate to take the chill off on winter evenings. Good location to visit Troodos mountains - great hike to Kalidonia Falls from trailhead 45 minutes away. Hosts are very attentive and offered late check-out when the place was not booked on day of departure. Very pleasant stay.

Very nice big house in a traditional village. The accomodation is well equipped, you find all what you need for a comfortable stay. Many tools in the kitchen and vintage furnitures in the other rooms, all of them very clean. One bedroom with bathroom is just outdoor the main entrance, facing the nice courtyard. About the location, it is ca. 10 km from the highway, the road leading up the hill with some curves. Very quite area, parking just behind the house. Christos was very kind, his guide is useful to explore Cyprus. We visited the place in february, some restaurants/cafes were closed, but in the spring/summer months you will have more options. Recommended if you are looking for a relaxing place in the countryside of the island.
