Vacation rentals with beach access in Kea-Kythnos

Nice apartment near the beach. The directions initially irritated us, but then it was very easy. The residential complex is secured by gates and you drive the route as a one-way street. Only the parking lot is relatively low, so you have to be careful. View was really great, kitchen well equipped and entire apartment lovingly furnished. We recommend this apartment.

Excellent stay at the apartment. The check in was really clear and Demi organised us a brilliant transport from the airport. The apartment was great value for money, exactly how described and clean. We stayed for 1 month and the apartment was cleaned with full clean linen every week. Communication from the host was extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. We have rebooked to stay again during our next visit to Lavrion. Thank you!

We had our Air bnb cancel on us as we arrived in Anavyssos and Elizabeth totally saved us! She was incredible from start to finish. Her and her partner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could possibly need, even turning around the apartment quickly for us as we had been left stranded. I'd hugely recommend Elizabeth's apartment, she was communicative and kind, and we felt so incredibly well looked after.

Danai was an amazing host! Communicated with us before we checked in and met us at our check in. She even prepared some cheese pies for us! She was very responsive during the stay and always helped out!

Very attentive and flexible host. Modern and practical accommodation. Unbeatable ocean views. Spacious terrace to relax and dine if you feel like it and it's not windy. Quiet location, although close to restaurants, bars within walking distance. Beach 50 meters away and two others about 800 meters away. A good base for visiting the rest of the island, ideally by motorbike.

Our stay at Stamatis house was exceptional, thanks to the incredible hosts, Mrs. Koula and Mr. Kostas. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Every morning, they brought us a delightful breakfast, and their care and attention made our stay truly special. The accommodation also featured a lovely backyard, which was perfect for our 1.5-year-old child to play and explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay.

It was a wonderful relaxing holiday, the apartment has everything you need for living and even more. We really enjoyed eating on the terrace, with a beautiful view of the citrus garden. The beach is very close to the property and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious coffee on the beach. We are very grateful for the hospitality of the hosts, who tried to solve all our problems in a few minutes. Grace deserves a private cuddle 💓

We loved everything and cannot wait to come back to this hidden treasure. The house and the terrace in front of the beach were so peaceful. Mega livadi is a wonderful place, full of history that Fragkiskos will be happy to share with you. He made us feel at home, suggested activities, made sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay in Lavrio. Philipp was a great host and the apartment was amazing. Such a lovely quiet place with great beaches nearby. We really couldn’t have asked for more.

We had a fantastic stay at Konstantinos! A beautiful place, near the beach, which was paradise. Close to Athens and the temple of Poseidon. Konstantinos was a great host, quick respons and helped us really well. Hope we will return some time.

We stayed with Katerina for the second time and as always were very satisfied.

The apartment is a mile or so outside the port and little town of Livadi. We stayed for a week and as we didnt have a car walked to and from the town along a beautiful tree lined bay where we stopped off to eat in the cafe and bathe in the sea. The apartment which is attached to a larger house is thoughtfully decorated in a rough cottage style. We had breakfast and cooked evening meals in the kitchen and eat outside in the attractive patio garden. As Vici says in the brochure the apartment is small and we found adapting to its size was sometimes tricky but Vici is a brilliant and friendly host. During our stay she helped us again and again by collecting and returning us and our bags to the port and showing us around the little town. It was a great pleasure to meet her.

Absolutely perfect ! Family of 4 staying. The apartment was super clean, modern, perfect for us. Great location near the beach and all the amenities. There was loads of storage space, lots of nice special touches from the host and we felt at home immediately. Georgina was quick to respond, always on hand and flexible. It was perfect. Rania’s place was great for us. The location is supeeb, just few steps from a beautiful beach, in the most lovely complex that has kids playgrounds small green trails and lots of peaceful spots to look at the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable, the Living space is cozy and nice. Rania was extremely helpful and considerate.

The apartment is small with very basic things. We missed some kitchen items the first day but Eleni’s family provided them without hesitation. It’s located in a central square where you can find everything (super market, pharmacy , playground etc). The beach is 5’ walking! Amazing hospitality, we felt like being at home. Thank you Eleni, we will surely be back!

The host was really helpful, kind and responsive to all our needs and the place was clean and we'll maintained. Our issue was that there was not enough space. This place can't really accommodate 4 people, as it was described. There is a small bedroom and a small living room with a sofa bed while there's a tiny wardrobe from the ceiling until the washing machine. In my opinion two people would be comfortable in the apartment maximum 3.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.
