Vacation rentals with beach access in Kea-Kythnos

This was my second stay, just as excellent as the first one. The place hasn't changed a bit, still as comfortable, pleasant and serene as I remember. Sandra, Simos and the cats were a joy, can't wait for my next stay.

Die Wohnung war wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegen, hervorzuheben ist der traumhafte Privatstrand, der nur von den Bewohnern der kleinen Ferienanlage genutzt wird. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.. und vom Bett aus konnte man das Meer sehen!

Das Appartement liegt in einer Anlage erhöht am Meer, wunderschöne Bucht. Die Anlage ist schön bepflanzt mit kleinen Wegen. Dort lebende Katzen sind sehr lieb. Der Service ist wirklich hervorragend. Wir haben bei Anreise klare Anweisungen erhalten und täglich hilfreiche Links für Restaurants und Sightseeing. jederzeit gerne wieder!

Ωραίος χώρος δίπλα στο χωριό δρυοπιδα πας με τα πόδια για βολτα, με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ εύκολη πρόσβαση και απόλυτη ησυχία μεγάλη βεράντα για να αράξεις κάποιο απόγευμα που θα κάτσεις σπίτι με όλες τις ανέσεις ενός σπιτιου και κυρίως υπάρχει πλυντήριο ρούχων ευρύχωρο σπίτι πολύ άνετο.

This is a gem of an apartment, in the most beautiful location! We loved our stay and thought the apartment was just perfect for our small family, it overlooks the sea and you’ll never be bored of the views. It’s a very peaceful location which we really appreciated! The apartment was spotless. One bedroom downstairs and living room: dining upstairs. Andreas is a great host. He was responsive to any questions and left super clear instructions to find the place. His parents were super sweet and dropped around fresh cheese hot sandwiches for my children. Very sweet! We’d return in a heartbeat

Excellent stay at the apartment. The check in was really clear and Demi organised us a brilliant transport from the airport. The apartment was great value for money, exactly how described and clean. We stayed for 1 month and the apartment was cleaned with full clean linen every week. Communication from the host was extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. We have rebooked to stay again during our next visit to Lavrion. Thank you!

Anfitrión muy atento y flexible. Alojamiento actual y práctico. Vistas al mar inmejorables. Terraza amplia para relajarte y cenar si te apetece y no hace viento. Ubicación tranquila, aunque cerca de restaurantes, bares a pie. Playa a 50m y otras dos a unos 800m. Buena base para visitar el resto de la isla, idealmente en moto.

Super Apartment! Sehr nette Gastgeber, die immer hilfsbereit und freundlich sind. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Allerdings braucht man für die Lage unbedingt ein Auto, da sonst vieles schwer ohne Auto zu erreichbar ist. Vielen Efi und ihren Eltern!

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Εύκολη πρόσβαση! Φιλικός οικοδεσπότης! Φιλικός χώρος για μικρά παιδιά!! Πολύ καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο το σπίτι! Θα χαρούμε να ξανά μείνουμε σε σας σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στο νησί της Κύθνου!!

Our stay at Stamatis house was exceptional, thanks to the incredible hosts, Mrs. Koula and Mr. Kostas. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Every morning, they brought us a delightful breakfast, and their care and attention made our stay truly special. The accommodation also featured a lovely backyard, which was perfect for our 1.5-year-old child to play and explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay.

Це був прекрасний спокійний відпочинок, у квартирі є все необхідне для проживання і навіть більше. Нам дуже сподобалось їсти на терасі, з прекрасним видом на цитрусовий сад. Пляж зовсім недалеко від помешкання і нас приємно здивувала смачна кава на пляжі. Дуже вдячні за гостинність господарів, які за декілька хвилин намагались вирішити всі наші проблеми. Окремих обіймів заслуговує Грейс 💓

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison à proximité du temple de Poseidon avec une très jolie vue sur la mer ! Entièrement équipée et moderne. Sans oublier la piscine / jacuzzi pour se rafraîchir. Philipp nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour les restaurants et visites. Communication très réactive avec Philipp qui nous a toujours répondu dans la minute !

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο χωριό 15 λεπτά από το λιμάνι. Έχει κανείς την αίσθηση ότι ζει λιγάκι όπως κάποιος ένας ντόπιος, που είναι άλλωστε και το σλόγκαν του καταλύματος "live like a local". Φροντισμένο, καθαρό και λειτουργικό. Η Αγγελική μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειάστηκε και όλες οι επικοινωνίες ήταν άμεσες και εύκολες. Για την πρόσβαση στο κατάλυμα μεσολαβεί ανάβαση 67 σκαλοπατιών, οπότε ταξιδέψτε ελαφριά. Αν ξαναβρεθούμε στην Σέριφο θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά, ευχαριστούμε πολύ Αγγελική.

Schöne, helle Wohnung. Große Terrasse(n) mit Meerblick. Trotz der Nähe zur Hauptstraße ruhig.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und helfen wo es geht. Kann die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Danke!

Das Haus ist in absoluter Traumlage mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser. Perfekt, um den Morgenkaffee direkt am Wasser nach der morgendlichen Schwimmrunde zu genießen 🌊🔆 Es gibt ein paar Stufen zur Unterkunft hin (das Auto parkt man an der Straße oben). Die Ausstattung ist gut (inkl. Shampoo, Kaffeekapseln, Salz und Pfeffer, genügend Handtücher, etc.) Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei (im Wohnraum und im Schlafzimmer). Die Fenster haben alle Fliegengitter ☺️ Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zufuß erreichbar, genauso ein paar nette Restaurantes. George absolut traumhaft, ein sooo lieber, lustiger, zuvorkommender Mensch. Der tollste Host, den wir je auf unseren Reisen hatten. Er war immerzu via Nachrichten erreichbar, hat uns als Willkommensgeschenk eine Kleinigkeit mitgebracht und sogar zum Abschied Geschenke besorgt und uns mit sehr warmen, authentischen Worten verabschiedet ❤️ Wir wollen uns für die schöne, entspannende Zeit im Haus bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt 🦋

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal Gast bei Katerina und wie immer sehr zufrieden.

Rania’s place was great for us. The location is supeeb, just few steps from a beautiful beach, in the most lovely complex that has kids playgrounds small green trails and lots of peaceful spots to look at the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable, the Living space is cozy and nice. Rania was extremely helpful and considerate.

C'était parfait, un seul regret : nous n'y séjournions qu'une nuité.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang haben wir genossen.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

Είχαμε μιά άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή στον χώρο της Δήμητρας.Το σπίτι είναι πραγματικά μοναδικό.Πεντακάθαρο,λειτουργικό,καλαίσθητο και με απίστευτη θέα στην θάλασσα και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα.Υπάρχουν αρκετές παραλίες τριγύρω.Εμείς προτιμήσαμε το Καμπί στα 2 χιλιόμετρα απο το σπίτι.Ανοργάνωτη αλλά με πανεύκολη πρόσβαση και πεντακάθαρα νερά.Για φαγητό υπάρχουν επιλογές από 2 εως 10 λεπτά απο το σπίτι.Στην κουζίνα μας εκτός απο τον λοιπό εξοπλισμό υπήρχαν είδη για ένα απλό πρωινό(καφές,μαρμελάδες κ.α.).Θα βρείτε και άλλες παροχές, απο ταμπλέτες κουνουπιών μέχρι βιβλία για διάβασμα.Η Δήμητρα σαν οικοδεσπότης ευγενική και εξυπηρετική.Ήταν κοντά μας σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.Το συνιστούμε σίγουρα και θα ξαναπηγαίναμε!

It was remote, but a real gem! Leto was able to get us into the house at the last minute as we had plans that canceled. The view was outstanding. We did not have a car, but a kind taxi driver got us there and offered to come get us at the end of the trip. Transportation is a must if you are going to be there a few days.
