House vacation rentals in Kea-Kythnos

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

We absolutely loved our stay in Lavrio. Philipp was a great host and the apartment was amazing. Such a lovely quiet place with great beaches nearby. We really couldn’t have asked for more.

This is a beautiful place. Fabulous views, gorgeous garden. Its very clean and well equipped. You definitely need a car..there are some great walks and stupendous views from the door though. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Kiki was great. Very friendly, welcoming. The sunset is amazing, swimming with sea view is a great experience. Lots of little beaches that are too beautiful nearby within a 5-minute drive or even walking! Including a small cove at the bottom of the house where you can swim early in the morning or evening before the aperitif! We loved it this stay! We recommend the house.

I would highly recommend staying at this place at its serenity immediately isolates you from the rest of the word. Filio is an amazing host and her recommendations are also literally the best. The only thing to consider is that due to its location it is highly recommended to have your own vehicle as the island is big with a lot to see. I will definitely go back as the island, the specific location and its views and amenities along with the experience Filio provides are one of a kind!

Excellent stay at the villa which definitively offers a view to cut the puff on Serifos and the other islands. Alexis is an excellent host who is very responsive, and has given us many valuable tips with his very nice guest book in the house. I would recommend this villa without a problem 😊

Beautiful villa with exceptional view of the hills. Comfy, well appointed and lots of outside space. A 4x4 is strongly recommended for getting around. Theodora is brilliant - the perfect host.

A superb apartment right by the port, which has a beautiful terrace overlooking the port and surrounding area. It’s large inside and very homely. The two bathrooms are spacious as well. Stavros is a great host

Dimitris was informative on all the questions I had, the house was spotless the heat was more than enough the rooms perfectly arranged the spaces in the living room and kitchen were as you need to feel at home I and my guests enjoyed it to the fullest we will see you again in the summer…🙏🙏🙏🙏

Stelios is a very capable host, very communicative, and his home has a gorgeous view! Not only that, there is a beach with a lifeguard just down the road, also very close by there is a beautiful marina. Surrounding the marina are many tavernas of all types including shops, bakeries and more! This all showcases the gorgeous sea views of the coastline along with yachts docked in Lavrio's marina. Thank you Stelios for giving our Athens cab driver such excellent directions. As advised, we visited the Temple of Poseidon here in the neighborhood, before our maiden voyage! We were lucking enough to see the Independence Day Parade in the Town Square! We will be reserving time at Stelios' home for the years to come when our boat is here in Lavrio for the wintertime.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! Stefanos and his wife are extremely kind and nice people. Ready to help and advise on everything. A large terrace with an excellent sea view exceeded our expectations. Every evening we sat and looked at the beauty of the sea and the environment. We also loved the small beach right outside the house. A beach with crystal clear water with no bars is what we were looking for.. A small number of people on the beach is for us. Nearby is the port town of Lavrion. We recommend walking in the evening. Very nice. Waterfront with lots of yachts. In general, we plan to come back next year! We are sincerely grateful to the hosts of this place and the Airbnb company

We have been able to enjoy an unforgettable time together with family and friends at the property. The house is very well equipped and beautifully situated with a great view. We especially liked to use the large pool. The nearby village offers everything you need to enjoy your stay. We would also like to mention the lovely people on the premises. Always friendly and helpful, but never intrusive. Highly recommended and just great.

We had a very nice stay, the house and especially the pool area is better than the impression given by the pictures. During our stay it was very hot in this region (35-39), so the pool area with trees providing shadow and all necessary comforts in the pool house was amazing. We also appreciated that all bedrooms had AC, and that the kitchen(s) are well equipped. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance, and some very nice beaches 5-10 minutes away by car. The short distance from Athens airport was also very convenient. Nikolaos responded quickly to our requests, and he and his family was keen to support. We can strongly recommend Nikolaos, his house and this part of Greece. Be advised that the mattress in the main bedroom is much harder than what we Norwegians are used to - this was the only little flaw in our stay at this house.

Beautiful clean and cozy apartment near the port of Lavrion. Well stocked with laundry detergent, and kitchen necessities to cook. Maxima is excellent with communication and a very sweet lady... she even brought us icecream Lavrion is a quiet town with good food, decent beach access. Great place to relax. I would recommend 😊

Great place, my family and I loved it! Perfect location next to the port and 3 min driving from two great beaches. Antonis parents are extremely nice and welcoming! They brought us cakes 🎂 let us use their printer and assisted with any request in no time. Would definitely return to this place

We had a great stay at Mr. Epaminon's home! The house was just like in the photos and it looked like it was made with a lot of love! The space was spotless and had all the essentials. The view IS unique from the house! The location is great and very close to the beaches. Mr. Epominas is one of the kindest home owners we have met, with all the good willingness to make our stay as beautiful, comfortable and relaxed as possible, and we thank him very much for that! When we visit the beautiful island of Kea again, we will definitely choose the same accommodation! Thank you!

Really clean and well-equipped home in a quiet area only a short drive from lots of great beaches, restaurants, shops and historical sites. We are a family of 5 including teenagers and there is plenty of space both inside and out. Irini is a lovely welcoming host. Highly recommend this house for a restful holiday.

The place was very quiet and peaceful, but at the same time quite close to Vourkari by car. We spoke with Ms. Sonia regarding the check-in among other things; she was very helpful and available at all times. It is very good for up to six people!

One main reason we loved the island was our stay in this home. Initially it was spotless and in front of a calm unorganized beach with very beautiful waters and tamarisk trees that offer you shade. A 2’ walk away is a very beautiful Café, which runs until late at night and has from breakfast to pastries and drinks. The house besides spotless looked and recently renovated with all the amenities. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms even on the balcony so we don't feel hot at all. They also provided us with detailed instructions for our arrival at the house from the port, and sent us a list of great options for food, beaches, drinks and even available parking on the island. Thank you for everything! We will definitely visit you again!

I rented this house for my parents who loved their stay. The view is beautiful, the house matches the photos and very clean. Other houses are next door but Victor's house is above so it is not inconvenienced but not completely isolated either. The villages are close. The welcome was punctual and communication with Victor was very easy. My parents hope to be back soon!
