Monthly Rentals in Katsuyama

We had a fantastic stay here. The house is huge, with loads of space. Easy to warm up with multiple air conditioners. Beautiful quiet location with friendly neighbours and amazing views. Appreciated the big kitchen table and chairs. It’s a traditional Japanese house with lovely tatami mats and screens but with every modern feature you need. Close to dinosaur museum. Very happy with our stay.

It was very clean and easy to spend time with. There were dinosaurs in various places in the room and the kids were very happy. I had a small child, so it was helpful to have a place to sleep other than the upstairs bedroom. Access to the Dinosaur Museum was also good, and it was a great space that I would definitely like to use again.

Two families visited as a place to stay while skiing at Jam Katsuyama, and Chiz was very polite and welcoming. It was a snowy day, so the children played in the snow from morning. There are also decorations at the entrance, and the traditional Japanese house is carefully used. On the other hand, the bath and water areas were renovated with the latest equipment, and the futons were very clean and comfortable. I think people from overseas will also be happy because they can experience traditional Japanese housing.

Lovely dinosaur aesthetic. Very cold in April but the futons are very warm.
