The unit is in a convenient location and quiet. The room is great, plenty of space and very clean. Huge TV and wifi is strong. The host Thomas has been great, excellent communication and supportive. Rooftop pool had incredible views and perfect for sunset. Highly recommend you visit!

I really liked the apartment, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great location, away from the noisy street, with shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The area is safe and quiet. I recommend it!

The location and view is unbeatable, yes it's on top of a hill but we had no issues with uber/Bolt (hence the price the you pay for such a view :D) the place was really nice and the rooms were very clean and fancy. Pawel was really communicative and checked in on us upon our checkout and was even nice to give us a late checkout. We had our concerns at first at the house manager but as we had asked for some privacy this was easily resolved. the housekeeper who came every day or other day was so nice and even did our laundry which was SO NICE.

The property was super clean, spacious and my stay here was very comfortable. All the good places are 5-10min away on a scooter. She also helped with arranging a scooter on rent. Overall, very pleasant stay. The pool was clean and the staff was friendly.

A great place, quiet with views to the mountains. There is a shuttle bus 5 times a day, which is worth taking if you haven't hired a bike - the walk into town/beach is about 20-25 minutes but it can get very warm of course (but the walk/directions are not difficult). The place is excellent, and Maneerat helps if you ask for anything (I have a lot of online calls in the day and she brought an office chair for me to use).....it's not crowded with things but enough to relax with decent TV (I didn't use, but my partner did frequently :-) ) There are some local places to get some food, a small local restaurant opposite which is actually pretty good, but only open for a few hours a day, not sure of the exact times but about 12-6.....when I say restaurant, those who know Thailand know what I mean about 'Local' restaurant....either way, takeaway is also fine). Other places near are all takeaway street style food, with the nears proper restaurants about 15 minutes walk away.

Ric was absolutely amazing – he spent nearly an hour with us during check-in, making sure we understood everything and answering all our questions. Super responsive and helpful at any time during our stay. The villa itself is in an ideal location: just outside Patong (less than 5 minutes by car), so it's quiet and peaceful but still close to everything. There’s a great coffee shop, a restaurant, and a convenience store right next door – super convenient. The pool was unreal, and the view from the villa was next level. Sitting up on the hill, you get a full view over Patong – both sunrise and sunset were absolutely breathtaking. Daily cleaning, fresh towels, bottled water... everything was spotless and really well looked after. We had the best time and would go back in a second. Highly recommend this place! Way better than the photos

Prapa’s place was wonderful. It was just a short walk to Bangla road so very convenient. One downside is that, it’s across from a hostel so people are always outside so it can get a little bit loud making it hard to sleep. Overall, a beautiful, convenient place. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Have been with airbnb for over 10 Years and been in many countries and apartment and houses and without a doubt, Armin place is one of the top 3. The place is very beautiful, clean and exactly as the pictures are. You also will receive complementary daily cleaning and also for very small fee (100 baht), you also get washed and dried cloths. I do not understand a complainer that the place was dirty. In my over 10+ years with airbnb, I never seen any cleaner and spotless place. If I ever come back to Phuket, I will definitely stay at Armin place.

beautiful place and wonderful hospitality however many transport not able to access the road to drop us off in front of our villa due to the steepness of the slope. would highly recommend for a quiet retreat.

Excellent choice, the villa is absolutely new and matches the photos and description. It is only worth considering that the seven eleven, which is located next to the villa, does not sell alcohol, apparently because there is a mosque nearby. And the option is great, my friends and I had a great vacation.

5 Stars – An Amazing Stay in Patong! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location in Patong is perfect, close to the beach, nightlife, and great food, yet still peaceful enough to relax. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time, offering local tips and being super responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Patong. I’ll definitely be back!

John& Vivian are the best hosts that I have ever met! Their quick response is really helpful! The room is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. It has everything you want nearby! The pools are amazing! It’s walking distance to the beach, ATM machines and grocery stores are just next to the building. It’s very safe and convenient to live here! Highly recommended!

The place is clean and has all the amenities in the room. Very practical for foreigners. Close to Central Phuket Mall. Parking is hard to find. Lots of rules. Close to 7-Eleven. There is a fitness center and a swimming pool. The room is on the far side. There is a lot of privacy and no noise. And very quiet.

Was a good stay and Tim is really efficient and helpfull. Will come back there. Happy new year everyone. Jerome
