Vacation rentals with a patio in Kathu District

We had a wonderful stay at Coco place! The location was perfect with beautiful view, and the place was exceptional clean and well main. Coco was very responsive and accommodating making sure we had everything we needed. The only minor issue was there is no hot water for showers, but overall, we highly recommend this listing.

Gorgeous place, very modern - the apartment he clearly been refurbished. There is a cafe out front which offers delicious coffee, and a mini mart in the building saving you from popping to the supermarket for small bits and bobs. Host is friendly, and more importantly - very quick to respond! 😀😀

An amazing 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house. It’s in a quiet area away from the walking street of Phuket but close to all the bars and restaurants. We loved staying there.

It is a splendid and luxurious apartment that exceeded our expectations, very comfortable, spacious, with noble materials, the bird 's-eye view from upstairs through high windows is impressive. The service was provided in a perfectly professional way. Ell is a very charming person, she welcomed us as if we were family, a relationship of trust settled very quickly and communication was fluid throughout the stay. A pleasure to stay at Ell's place!

Our big family 7 persons had stayed the house for 5 days, which is clean and big, walking distance to Big C market, 7 11 convenient store and lots of restaurants. we cooked 3 dinner meals, the kitchen is fully equipped that we could find every thing what we need. the housekeeper Sa and house manager Jack is very friendly. The only problem what we met is the washing machine. Sa helped me to slove it once time, but I could not make it work for me after, looks like it is more familiar with Sa than me. Haha. Fortunately there is another one in the -2 floor, just climbing more steps for us to do the washing work. We really enjoyed our stay in Irina's house, thank you Irina.

Yun was an amazing host, always very responsive and helpful with anything. The villa matched the description and was perfect for a peaceful vacation. We loved the pool!!! Would recommend this property and Yun as a host!

I really enjoyed my stay at this complex.Feeling of privacy and security. Very helpful staff, quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The apartment was clean and has everything you need. The location is great - on the way to the sea there are all the necessary shops and restaurants. The pool is a separate pleasure! It's big enough, clean, there is a shower and toilet. I can recommend this place 100% and if I come back to Phuket, I will choose this option.

Steps to beach and food. Away from party scene and noise. But still within walking distance of night life. There was so much to see & do. Next time we need to stay longer.

We had an incredible stay at this apartment! The space was large, clean, and beautifully furnished : perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Well-equipped kitchen to the fast WiFi and cozy living area. Panisara was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. We stayed here for 5 nights at the northern end of Patong as 4 adults and enjoyed our stay. The location is good, Josh is a responsive host and was easy to work with. The place was clean; but supplies were minimal (pretty standard for the area) - 7/11 and other shops just around the corner to remedy that :) AC was good and we made use of the pool. I would stay here again in the future.

Centrally located, the accommodation was clean, Dev was always easily reachable. At the bottom, there is a laundry service at the expense of lightning fast.

It's ok, not perfect but it's the same as the rest of the accommodation of others in this condo. I bought a parking sticker with my own money at the office(500 baht for a month). No washing machine. The windows face outside, not the courtyard with the pool. You can find nearby accommodation for 100$ cheaper, but with a separate fee for utilities. You will still end up paying about $100 extra per month for utilities and the price per month will be the same.
