This place has the ultimate view in all of Patong Beach. It was spacious and very clean. Ladies came every day to clean and stock waters which was very much appreciated. Our host was amazing and always very helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have stayed in this complex before. What sets Kob's place part is there is wallpapered accent walls, paintings and prints which give the unit a nice look and feel unlike the starkness of others units. I also liked the weekly cleaning and case of water as I was an extended stay. The complex grounds and pool are pristine and the security could not be better. The location is perfect. It's close to everything but set back far enough from the street that you don't hear a thing. The entire experience was wonderful from check in to check out. The safe is a bit small and I found it cumbersome to use but that is so minor compared to how much I enjoyed staying there. Thank you Kob and Apple for helping to make my holiday wonderful.

A great place that I recommend to everyone who wants to be in Phuket and in a good location! Close to the beaches, 7 11 glued to the hotel, very beautiful with 2 private pools in the hotel, the amenities work and are full for daily needs. Willy was very responsive and kind before and during the stay, we recommend it!

It was a good stay in a nice hotel. The area is pretty crowded but good for party people. You can do a lot of activities there. The room was perfect for 3 persons, the bathroom was big and clean.

Great Property, perfect location, nice staff, great pool, enjoyable hotel bar and dining, host was very quick to respond to a small issue with the air conditioner but this was immediately attended to, would definitely stay again, five star accommodation

Our stay at Laemsingh Villa was an absolutely amazing experience! From the very beginning of our stay, all the staff were phenomenal in catering to our requests. The transfer from the airport to the villa was seamless and Zomzom, our butler, went out of her way to ensure our rides, meals, etc. were well coordinated throughout our entire stay, even keeping in close contact with me while we were out on excursions. Everything meal that the chef prepared was delicious, highly recommend doing this throughout your stay. We ended up asking for her to make meals for us all 3 days. Thanks for a great first experience in Phuket!

This villa was perfect! A short walk to a clean beach. A spotless pool, AC in every room, regular housekeeping, and private parking. The location is ideal for a peaceful vacation while still being close to entertainment (20 min taxi to Patong - local Vegas). The beach (which was never too packed) and its lively street are minutes away from the villa. For fitness lovers, there’s a great gym just a 7-minute walk away. Also a scooter rental is nearby. A food street around the corner. After exploring the island for two weeks, I can surely say - Kamala neighborhood - is the best. It’s cleaner than Patong, not as crowded as Rawai, and more affordable than Bang Tao. The host was super responsive, making everything easy. My parents and I loved it. I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Responsive host. Always ready to help. Location close to the beach, within walking distance. Arranged our airport pick up and also arranged transfer to Krabi. I would recommend this accommodation for locational advantage and very responsive host always ready to make guest comfortable.

The house is located at the Loch Palm Golf Course and therefore was super relaxing, calm and settled in a beautiful surroundings. For golf fans, the best place you can get in Phuket with discount for golf rounds at Loch Palm and Red Mountain Golf courses. Great stay! Thank you Mark.

beautiful place and wonderful hospitality however many transport not able to access the road to drop us off in front of our villa due to the steepness of the slope. would highly recommend for a quiet retreat.

We were a family, so maybe not the average visitors, but our original idea of going down to the beach often evaporated the moment the younger one realized he can almost stand in the pool. Thus we spent our time at the villa in the pool, in the jungle, at the local shops, in the Haifa cafe, with no need to even interact with the tourist hustle and bustle down there. The muezzin sings beautifully and clearly, the roosters too, the pool is the right size and depth, and the villa design was clearly inspired by Adolf Loos and his ideas about the Raumplan, he surely would have loved it too. We were happy there.

Lovely house with short distance to everything. Had the villa for 3 weeks and it was definitely worth leaving the whole holiday there. The housekeeper who keeps the villa is great. Would definitely recommend

I used to live in Phuket and DCondo Mine was my accommodation while living and teaching here. So, I was familiar with the location and accommodation beforehand and that's why I chose this location for my first 3 nights. Lupthawit's accommodation was just as described. The apartment was clean, the bed had plenty of pillows and was comfortable (which is important to me). There was an air con which helped with cooling at night. I didn't cook and ate out for all meals but there was a full fridge, microwave, cutlery, and plates, cups, etc. There are places to eat, get massages, etc within walking distance but with the heat, it's better to have a mode of transportation. I can't wait to be back, I hope it's sooner as this is my first time back, since leaving in 2018. Thank you for your hospitality. The check in and check out process was seamless and I really appreciate that I was able to checkin early. Khap Khun Kha

Felt right at home at David’s villa. The place was laid out very nicely. The pool and back yard was beautiful. The front garden area was a great place to relax. David was a great host! Easy to reach and very helpful. Guards at the entrance were also very nice and friendly! I will definitely be returning!! I definitely recommend staying at David’s villa!

The place was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and super easy to find. Beau was an amazing host—so friendly and helpful! She shared a detailed map with all the nearby activities and was always available whenever we had questions. She really went above and beyond with all the valuable info she gave us. Anna and Rino are probably the one of the best hosts I’ve encountered in my travels. They were so accommodating (whether with our sick baby or baking us muffins) and had loads of tips about the surrounding area. The place is spectacular. I’d love to return next year but it’s already booked out! If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Kamala, definitely stay here!

It's the seconde time I rent the villa and it's always perfect. Jerome is really nice and helpful. I really commend this house who is just perfect and few minutes from the Kamala beach.

Great place to stay, easy check in and close to beach, 15 min walk to Bangla road. Pools clean.
