Kwan Place is beautiful...of all places i have stayed in Thailand that was the best..apart from that she helped us with our luggage delivery from the airport. Our Flight was at 11 pm she allowed us to have a late checkout so we can leave close to our flight time. She was there when we needed her and responded quickly. She also arranged our airport pick ups and our tours at affordable prices. She is a sweet Lady that we real had fun interacting with. We had the best time and will surely recommend this place to anyone who wants a homely, peaceful, serene, and comfortable to make their trip worthwhile. Thank you Kwan

Tee is an amazing host. He is very welcoming and accommodating. There’s a restaurant just across the street owned by him and his partner too where you can have good food and a few drinks, also this place is located just a few minutes walk to Kamala beach. Prime location!!

Really great apartment. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants, bars, cafes are in the neighborhood. There are also grocery stores and convenience stores for shopping. The apartment was very comfy and private. I definitely recommend this accommodation if you want a peaceful and relaxing visit to Phuket. And Andrea is an awesome host and can provide many good local recommendations for food and entertainment. 10/10

Lovely and homey place close to the heart of Patong. Close enough to the action but also great to get your rest. Host is wonderful, responsive and flexible.

The place was conveniently located, close to everything. The house was clean, spacious, and had a fantastic pool. There were plenty of great food options nearby. I would definitely book again next time!

This place is exactly how the pictures, peaceful and beautiful. they offer free shuttle to the beach and grocery store which is far, not walkable, also easy to get another option for transportation by the Bolt app. I wasn't lucky on this staying because the next door apartment was being renovated so it was a strong quimical smell like wood glue or painting and super noisy, I definitely would come back if it is gone!

We very like the house and its location. It’s located in a quiet area, far away from tourist places. Mostly locals live here. I like to walk with my cat at night outside, calm and quiet space, there are nature noises. You should get a car or motorbike or at least a bicycle because it takes a lot of time to get to the street on foot, where laundries/groceries/hairdressers are placed. By the way, there is a good market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables at a reasonable price. Vala is a pleasant and responsive person, she helped us with a transfer from the airport. When we arrived, there were cold mineral water and snacks. Generally, I would highly recommend this place for people, who want to live in a calm place.

We had an amazing stay at Ric's place in Patong! Ric was incredibly friendly, flexible, and proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, with great local recommendations. The staff was also very welcoming and did a fantastic job. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for our stay. Highly recommended, thanks Ric!

Absolutely incredible experience at Richard’s villa. Very communicative and accommodating. The maid next door was tremendous during our stay.

Great place and great stay

We have had great time. Owner was responsive and place is one of the best. Very nice pool, and right at the beach. Cleaning lady was very thorough and on time daily. Place is right on the main road however feels secluded when you are inside.Evening views from the pool area is non comparable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone with a big group.

Unfortunately I was unable to make my way to Thailand as Kiwi totally screwed me on my connecting flight and left me stranded in Paris, however Max was very communicative and was ready to help me in any way. Such a shame I was unable to go but based on communication and services offered. I would definitely be going to his place when I eventually rebook.

The location is perfect, very well connected, the hill is a bit of an issue but outside of that it’s perfect! The house is great, the rooftop area has amazing views of Patong too and is the perfect place to chill. The house did have a bad smell of sewage that needed to be fixed though. The host is very responsive and personally came over to sort out the problem of the bad odour, and he bought room freshener and aroma candles to mitigate the smell. The bathrooms were clean too. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend!

The team is very professional. They let me check in even little earlier. Everything was smooth. I had a very comfortable time staying there. It was clean and smart Tv with Netflix membership was also very enjoyable.

Loved it here! Not only would I recommend to anyone traveling solo or for two, but I would return and stay again myself. Pool, beautiful view, gym, very clean, and has an instant cozy inviting feel. Jordan was a wonderful host an the building staff are also very professional.

Ken is an amazing host, very accommodating, clear and straight to the point. His aide, Pascal is always on hand when you need him. Appartment is perfectly situated, close to everything, interior even better than photos, great sea view, well priced, you couldn’t ask for more. My only issue is I would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a bath, but that’s just me. I wouldn’t think twice about booking it every time I’m in Patong. The place is stunning. Despite the fact that place is located near the main road it was so peaceful and calm, w/o any noise. The furniture being there is high quality or even new (unpacked). The kitchen is fully furnished. Everything you need is located on the first floor. Bangla Road is 10 minutes of walk. A beach is 5 minutes of walk. The host is very responsive, we easily extended our period for two days. Overall, we highly liked and recommend the place!
