I also chose this place for great reviews. I was extremely satisfied because they were absolutely true, there was nothing that disappointed me, on the contrary... Everything was already written in the previous reviews... super relaxing outdoor patio and interior ( with a very comfortable outdoor shower). But the added value is the delicious people who also delighted us with culinary delicacies. I add that the location for us was excellent very close to the beach we prefer Xigia Pelagaki, not far from Zante Town and just a few minutes from Alikes which offers the choice of many restaurants and services. From there we easily reached Porto Vromi where we rented a boat to see the Spiaggia del Relitto. Highly recommended, my family and I left our hearts behind.

I was actually worried because it was Zakynthos going in winter, and unlike the Google map information, I was embarrassed that there were many restaurants nearby that were closed, but the hosts kindly guided me and helped me a lot, making it a really beautiful trip to Zakynthos. Especially, the location of the accommodation is really huge. You can just walk to the Mediterranean in 30 seconds. It was a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, so it was nice to walk and see the neighborhood. The evening (paid option) that the host personally did was also great! If it wasn't for this place, my winter trip to Zakynthos would have been beautiful.. I highly recommend it!

Very friendly and warm host🏆 (maybe the warmest one but it is like a green style ) Proactively propose each and every sightseeing in the island. She forwared 140 message for it :) she was like guest advisor 🏆 also her sister (I guess) have a restaurant in the ground floor which has very delicious breakfast - you have also discount for this. Generally I am very happy to make this reservation not only for house but also warm welcoming and advisory

Takis is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had if not the best, always helpful and extremely quick responding. He gave us an introduction to local landmarks and restaurants and responded to all the queries we had. We even had a traditional local cake and few eggs from his farm waiting for us in the fridge as a welcome. The place is not too far from the local beach and also close to a couple of tavernas and shops. The hygiene of the place was spotless with all amenities you need.
