Vacation rentals with beach access in Katastari

The premises was perfect for 4 adults. Bedrooms were roomy and beds comfortable. Kitchen was spacious with all amenities. Property area including pool facilities beautiful and well maintained. View from balcony spectacular. Dionysis was friendly and responsive. Located to city and beaches was perfect. Definitely would consider it again.

We have had the most amazing week at YOLO Resort. Elpida is the perfect host, from initial conversations she was helpful and friendly and organised transfers from the airport for us and also offered us a late check out as we flew back in the evening. On arrival she greeted us and we were blown away with how lovely the villa is. The fridge was stocked with local treats and the kitchen had cooking essentials in the cupboards. Elpida had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. The location is stunning, we were right on the beach front and the gardens are large with lots of sunbeds and seating areas and it always felt peaceful and tranquil. We loved the use of the SUPs and paddled every day whilst the children enjoyed the inflatables. It is a 10 minutes walk into Alykes with plenty of tavernas to choose from and all equally delicious. We have found our paradise here and will definitely be back it was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at George and Evelyn's place. Small beach a few meters from the apartment is great a swim in the morning or evening, and with a car it's a great starting point to explore other parts of the island. Very welcoming and accommodating hosts.

Absolutely stunning location, perfect early October out of season for a relaxing break, great temperatures. Location overlooking bay is stunning and room cleaned daily and perfect for up to 6 people.

We stayed in the apartment for a week and had a very good time. Both the host and father Yiannis were extremely friendly and helpful! The various foods they left us for our stay (especially water and grapes!) were very appreciated. The house was exactly as pictured and the location is convenient to walk to all the amenities and points of interest in the area, especially the nearby beach where sea turtles lay eggs.

Our arrival was unexpected but we were particularly surprised by the responsiveness of hosts to our request. We booked in the morning for the evening and everything was spotless upon arrival. The strong point of this apartment is obviously the sea view which is well worth the price. We were lucky enough to have neighbors as welcoming as hosts, which made us even more noticeable in this place. Once again, thank you for everything.

This place is recommended if you want to be close to the beach privately and explore the nightlife in the nearest Laganas Road (hotspot especially for young people to celebrate). Ideal for four people, with only one bedroom with door, the other double bed is free on the upper floor (attic with sea view, magnificent!). We were there in the low season in mid-September, that was great! The large terrace is very pleasant, also the hot tub with various functions (massage jet, etc.), a large bench and two sun loungers. The restaurant under the terrace plays music all day, but it was tasteful and not too loud (relaxed music). And important at high temperatures: the air conditioners in the house worked perfectly. Last but not least, Fotis‘ wife is very friendly, attentive and accommodating, she checked everything. Go for it, Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Beautiful rustic cottage with panoramic views of the north east coastline, just a short drive from Nebolos and Madraikas. The interior is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished including air conditioning, local products, and a cafetiere. If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day exploring Zakynthos' beaches and tavernas then this it. Fantastic value for money.

Very nice cozy apartment style home. Amazing view of the water and the neighbouring Greek islands. They were very friendly and had an amazing local bakery near by with some delicious Greek treats. I definitely would come back!

We had very pleasant stay at Nikoletta’s place ! Even more beautiful when you see it by person ! 100% we will visit again and recommend her place to everyone who visits Zakynthos . Always responding fast and helpful . Don’t wonder just book her apartment :) The apartment has everything you need ,very clean and with amazing decor made by Nikoletta . Dionisis's place is a gem. Beautiful, right by the sea! Her home is spotless, and comfortable. It felt so cozy and peaceful. The area is quiet and there are lots of restaurants, grocery stores and bars in the area to explore. On arrival Dionisis had a beautiful welcome basket with fruits and wine, was a blessing after a long flight. She had lots of good recommendations and is a kind soul. Highly recommend her place for some peace and relaxation in comfort by the sea.

Ducato di Zante is absolutely spectacular and Vasso was an incredible host. Cannot recommend it highly enough. We will be back for sure!

The apartment is spacious, parking is really comfortable, the garden and view are beautiful. Andreas responded quickly and helped proactively. Absolutely recommend.

Don't look any further - this place is wonderful! Peaceful, a beautiful view, a few minutes away by car from lovely village with tavernas and shops but also beautiful beaches, and a supermarket less than 1 minute away. Comfortable beds, everything you need and a fantastic porch with incredible views over the Mediterranean sea, adorable cats around. Antonios was so kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again and could not recommend it more!

Excellent accommodation for 2 adults & 1 child. 5 to 7 mins walk into town, which has numerous great restaurants. Private pool was excellent with bedroom & bathroom all spotless. Fresh linen & towels provided during stay. Perfect accommodation & location but it does require climbing some stairs so please bear this in mind.

Recently renovated apartment, very nice, located on the second floor of a 3-story building. Although sometimes noisy because of the street below, there is a spacious balcony for coffee in the morning. Alexandra and Fotis are very friendly and available to give suggestions on the most interesting places on the island. The private and indoor parking space is very useful. Great location, close to the port, bus station and main street of Zakynthos.

We had a great stay in Zakynthos. The flat is located very central and there is everything you need.

The apartment is optimal. You have a beautiful view of the sea, exactly as it is shown in the photos. Angelo and his mom were great hosts and responded immediately to questions. Everything was clean and in good condition. We definitely recommend the place.

The Domenica Apartments were beautiful inside and out, a pool shared with 2 other apartments was a life saver in the heat. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip to get a good night sleep but also close enough to walk to the strip and beach. dora and her father were extremely kind and welcoming and helpful, quick with responses and even organised a transfer for our return flight. The area was clean and organised and private. Only downside was there was no undercover secure or dry spot to keep luggage or to sit in if you have a late flight and it rains after checkout but hosts were still as accommodating as possible to help with this. Would definitely recommend the apartments to anyone looking to experience laganas

Clean and tidy apartment. Was well central and we were able to go any way. Nearby there is also a cozy beach where you can go and the center is also only a 5-minute walk away. Dionisis also responds quickly and kindly and gives clear instructions. Had a great vacation!
