Vacation rentals with beach access in Katastari

The stay was perfect, I highly recommend all people who want to come to this beautiful island to stay in Evelyn and George's apartment. The location is very convenient to reach Zakinthos and various strategic points by car, and at the same time isolated from any type of noise that is not that of the surrounding nature. The house itself is very true to the photographs you find in the listing. The impeccable cleanliness done every three days by a lady who I have to thank again for the work done. Evelyn, who I had the pleasure of meeting, was a courteous and punctual host as well as a woman with a firm charm over time.

The premises was perfect for 4 adults. Bedrooms were roomy and beds comfortable. Kitchen was spacious with all amenities. Property area including pool facilities beautiful and well maintained. View from balcony spectacular. Dionysis was friendly and responsive. Located to city and beaches was perfect. Definitely would consider it again.

We have had the most amazing week at YOLO Resort. Elpida is the perfect host, from initial conversations she was helpful and friendly and organised transfers from the airport for us and also offered us a late check out as we flew back in the evening. On arrival she greeted us and we were blown away with how lovely the villa is. The fridge was stocked with local treats and the kitchen had cooking essentials in the cupboards. Elpida had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. The location is stunning, we were right on the beach front and the gardens are large with lots of sunbeds and seating areas and it always felt peaceful and tranquil. We loved the use of the SUPs and paddled every day whilst the children enjoyed the inflatables. It is a 10 minutes walk into Alykes with plenty of tavernas to choose from and all equally delicious. We have found our paradise here and will definitely be back it was perfect.

The hostess was super friendly and totally helpful. We felt so comfortable. Everything was clean and 1 to 1 as shown in the pictures. Mega recommended! We had to change our Airbnb spontaneously and found this gem spontaneously and were able to check in directly after 2 hours thanks to it. In the apartment you have everything you need and a beautiful terrace where you can end the evening well. On a second visit, we would definitely choose this place again. Absolutely stunning location, perfect early October out of season for a relaxing break, great temperatures. Location overlooking bay is stunning and room cleaned daily and perfect for up to 6 people.

We stayed in the apartment for a week and had a very good time. Both the host and father Yiannis were extremely friendly and helpful! The various foods they left us for our stay (especially water and grapes!) were very appreciated. The house was exactly as pictured and the location is convenient to walk to all the amenities and points of interest in the area, especially the nearby beach where sea turtles lay eggs.

Staying with Marios was great. You have 2 terraces where you can stay. From both you can look directly at the sea. Just a few steps from the house is the direct access to a small pebble beach where we never met a human soul. Within walking distance you will find very good restaurants and shopping is also within walking distance. An older couple and Sofia lives downstairs in the house. If there were any problems, there was always someone there right away to help. Our car did not jump on one morning, as we were even driven by them to our appointment at the port. Thank you again for this! We were completely satisfied and would come back anytime.

This place is recommended if you want to be close to the beach privately and explore the nightlife in the nearest Laganas Road (hotspot especially for young people to celebrate). Ideal for four people, with only one bedroom with door, the other double bed is free on the upper floor (attic with sea view, magnificent!). We were there in the low season in mid-September, that was great! The large terrace is very pleasant, also the hot tub with various functions (massage jet, etc.), a large bench and two sun loungers. The restaurant under the terrace plays music all day, but it was tasteful and not too loud (relaxed music). And important at high temperatures: the air conditioners in the house worked perfectly. Last but not least, Fotis‘ wife is very friendly, attentive and accommodating, she checked everything. Go for it, Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Beautiful rustic cottage with panoramic views of the north east coastline, just a short drive from Nebolos and Madraikas. The interior is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished including air conditioning, local products, and a cafetiere. If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day exploring Zakynthos' beaches and tavernas then this it. Fantastic value for money.

We made a last minute reservation for this place. The home looked exactly like the pictures. Spiros was an excellent host and accommodated all of our requests. He even left welcome gifts (fruit, butter, milk, and bread) for us to enjoy. The view was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Spiro’s place!

We had very pleasant stay at Nikoletta’s place ! Even more beautiful when you see it by person ! 100% we will visit again and recommend her place to everyone who visits Zakynthos . Always responding fast and helpful . Don’t wonder just book her apartment :) The apartment has everything you need ,very clean and with amazing decor made by Nikoletta . We are thankful for this great 12 days ! 🩷

A fantastic 2 week stay in this lovely home. Very spacious, quiet, lovely surroundings, a kitchen with everything you need, great bathroom, comfy rooms, airy sitting room, excellent aircon, lovable cats! We loved Skala, with it's friendly and welcoming people, great restaurants/bars at fair prices, fantastic beach within a few minutes walk. Felt very chilled out here, Panos was a great host and we would love to return here without hesitation! Nothing to fault, recommend 100%!

Great accommodation, Niki was a very welcoming host

We only have nice words to describe this place. We travelled with a 2 year old and our stay was amazing. The house offers everything you need to cook, clean, even has beach toys for kids available and an outside shower so you can wash of the sand. Placed directly on the beach in Alykes, we could watch the sunrise just by opening the house doors. There is a restaurant on the right side, and a snack bar on the left, but the atmosphere is very peaceful, no loud music or anything at night. Communication with the owner Eleni and the person who takes care of the house, Thalia were flawless. A lot of people came to ask us about the house and how they can rent it, as it was so lovely and well positioned. Free parking is available on a parallel street, behind the supermarket stores, 3 min walk through the stores. Defenitely a place you'll want to come back to!

Dionisis's place is a gem. Beautiful, right by the sea! Her home is spotless, and comfortable. It felt so cozy and peaceful. The area is quiet and there are lots of restaurants, grocery stores and bars in the area to explore. On arrival Dionisis had a beautiful welcome basket with fruits and wine, was a blessing after a long flight. She had lots of good recommendations and is a kind soul. Highly recommend her place for some peace and relaxation in comfort by the sea.

The apartment is spacious, parking is really comfortable, the garden and view are beautiful. Andreas responded quickly and helped proactively. Absolutely recommend.

Excellent accommodation for 2 adults & 1 child. 5 to 7 mins walk into town, which has numerous great restaurants. Private pool was excellent with bedroom & bathroom all spotless. Fresh linen & towels provided during stay. Perfect accommodation & location but it does require climbing some stairs so please bear this in mind.

We had a great stay in Zakynthos. The flat is located very central and there is everything you need.

The apartment is optimal. You have a beautiful view of the sea, exactly as it is shown in the photos. Angelo and his mom were great hosts and responded immediately to questions. Everything was clean and in good condition. We definitely recommend the place.

The Domenica Apartments were beautiful inside and out, a pool shared with 2 other apartments was a life saver in the heat. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip to get a good night sleep but also close enough to walk to the strip and beach. dora and her father were extremely kind and welcoming and helpful, quick with responses and even organised a transfer for our return flight. The area was clean and organised and private. Only downside was there was no undercover secure or dry spot to keep luggage or to sit in if you have a late flight and it rains after checkout but hosts were still as accommodating as possible to help with this. Would definitely recommend the apartments to anyone looking to experience laganas

We enjoyed our stay in the villa. Very beautiful place. The host was very kind and friendly.

Clean and tidy apartment. Was well central and we were able to go any way. Nearby there is also a cozy beach where you can go and the center is also only a 5-minute walk away. Dionisis also responds quickly and kindly and gives clear instructions. Had a great vacation!

Maria was super lovely and welcoming. Amazing communication and wonderful host. She helped with booking a taxi and gave us a local recommendation as well as letting us checkin early and stay at the pool after checkout so we didn’t have to wait with our bags in Keri for hours. Also very cute dogie

I really enjoyed my stay at the Blue Infinity Loft. Denia was an amazing host. The location is outstanding. Really beautiful view on the sea and only a 10 min walk away from Zakynthos City. The appartment was very clean and has everything you need. I would always come back here if travelling to Zakynthos again.
