Monthly Rentals in Kata Beach, Karon

We absolute loved our stay in Sebastian's place. My little family and I stayed for 5 weeks and though the place was located 20-30 mins walk away from Kata beach, it was definitely worth it. Had fantastic sunsets, spacious and Sebastian was also very responsive with any problem that came up. I recommend this place very highly.

As we ended up checking in later than planned we struggled to find the building we were supposed to to be in. But in the day it would have been easy! Ian was super helpful and lovely! The place itself was lush, very clean, good gym and amazing pool! Would recommend !!

Very nice room, great location, great value for money. You can see Kata Beach from the balcony. It's very spectacular when the weather is good. The staff clean the room every 2-3 days. The room is a bit old, but it's very clean. Because it's on a hillside, there will be some small ants in the room, but it doesn't affect the second floor bedroom. The host is very welcoming and introduces the functional area. Very good accommodation experience. I will go again in the future
