We had a very nice time in the accommodation. It is very well decorated. And the location was also very good. It couldn't have been better. Eric was very friendly and helpful. He always responded immediately to questions and requests. He was also very helpful with renting motorcycles and booking activities and even gave us discounts. I can only recommend the accommodation.

I really liked this villa, we stayed in it for a month. Fully consistent with the description. Spacious, light, cozy. The villa has everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Great location with shops and cafes nearby. We were very satisfied, thanks to the host.

Everything was great. We came in with 5 people and everyone enjoyed the stay. The pool is really amazing, the kitchen offers everything you need the bedrooms are comfy and got air conditioners. Restaurants, bars, massage, small food/drink stalls nearby also a 7/11 only 2-3minutes by walking. Can recommend!

The House and the location were great. Tisha is super nice and helped me with a lot of things. There are few things I would mention: - There is no AC in the kitchen/living room area and it feels like sauna there (forget the fans) - The three dogs in the neighborhood are American Pit Bull Terriers that sometimes playing and running around the house, consider this if you have young children - Rawai beach is mostly not for swimming as it is full of boats but the next beach is like 15 minutes walk ( again, might be exhausting with young children as there is no side walk there) But all in total it is a nice and calm place.

The room looks like the photos. The shower was hot and the aircon was cold the only night I needed it. The outside balcony is ground level but nobody ever walked past. The location is near several good gyms and central to Rawai in general. The host is also exceedingly pleasant. The room was a great value when I stayed!

If you’re looking for a safe, cozy and spacious place with air conditioning and no street noise, this is the perfect choice for you. The room is spacious and comfortable. Ida is very responsive and quickly attends to requests (in our case, providing an iron and accommodating an early check-in). The effective blackout curtains helped us sleep during the daytime. With grocery stores and a pharmacy nearby, and being within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, this place completes the picture of a perfect vacation. P.S. Good condominium in phuket, it has everything you need. The service of the staff was always willing to help. The space is good, but not very large, we were made small for a full month. The room lacks a little cleaning and the air conditioning more (it may have mushrooms inside as it gave me allergy a few times)

I had a wonderful stay, 12 minutes walk to bangla road and 5 minutes walk to the beach. 7/11, money exchange, ATM, massage and hair saloons are very close. Owner responds immediately to all of my concerns and questions. Check in was easy as well

Great location right near fight street. Room is really nice with a big community pool. Stayed here for over 60 days during my 3 month stay. Would recommend it to everyone and the hosts are great.

Christophe’s place is ideal for a group of 3-4 people, or for two couples or friends wanting to stay together. The view from the balcony is stunning, and we enjoyed it every day. The balcony itself is amazing, with comfortable chairs and an outdoor dining table—perfect for meals with a view. Christophe was an excellent communicator, always clear and readily available whenever we needed him. There’s a bus stop nearby, along with a local fruit market, Big C supermarket, Kamala Beach, and more, so it’s easy to find whatever you need. The room was stocked with plenty of towels for our stay, and there were lots of utensils available, enough for the whole family. The building’s pool is spacious and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend Christophe’s place for a relaxing staycation. Just a note: if you’re planning to visit Patong or Central Phuket, it’s around 7-15 kms from this place, Bolt taxis are available and cost about 200 Thai baht.

I STRONGLY recommend this accommodation. The host was really friendly, quick to respond, and she handled complicated tasks and demands calmly and quickly, so I was able to adapt quickly to unfamiliar places. And also, the bed and sofa are very fluffy and comfortable. The pool is also perfect, and I have never seen any bugs in the accommodation. The blackout curtains are perfect for a good night's sleep at all times, and I have never seen a Wi-Fi connection cut off. I can't describe how comfortable this accommodation is, in any words. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again

We stayed for 5 weeks with our 9 month baby. John is an amazing landlord and even if it’s 10 min walk to the beach where the “best” restaurants are located for a sunset dinner this is a great location.

Great communication from the staff made it easy to check in and out. The apartment was unreal! Very spacious and clean. The hotel it is apart of was also a great place to relax. The pool was meters away from the door of the apartment. I’d say this was the best value for money in the area.

Very beautiful and comfortable apartment. Very clean and fully furnished with everything you need for your stay (iron, hairdryer, even hair straightener:) ) Only one small thing- sometimes it can get too loud from the street, from driving cars. So if you are an extremely light sleeper, better be prepare with some air plugs. But otherwise- I can highly recommend this place!
