Beautiful, spacious apartment, very clean and completely accessible, even with an elevator. Very well-equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer, clean oven, stove, Senseo coffee maker with 3 pods, dishwasher with 3 tabs, sink with detergent, dish towel, brush and sponge as well as drying towel). Beautiful, barrier-free bathroom with hand soap, small shower gel, toilet paper, hair dryer and shower squeegee). Towels, shower towels and bedding are available. We had the 3-bed room with double bed and a separate bed in the same room, everything very clean. High degree of firmness of the mattresses, which suited us very well. The boarding house is very quiet near REWE (incl. Bäcker) & Netto and is well soundproofed, did not hear anything from the other tenants (parking spaces were occupied, so probably some apartments too). 4 charging options from MENNEKES for electric cars in front of the house via QR code, alternatively hypercharger at REWE.

Everything is fine! Super clean and lovingly furnished. Communication with Yvonne completely problem-free. Glad to come back!

I am a weekend commuter and was lucky enough to be able to rent the apartment for two months. The apartment is located directly under the roof and therefore has its own cozy charm. The residential area is very quiet, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Angela was a very accommodating and helpful host. I felt very comfortable during my stay. I'd love to come back!
