Monthly Rentals in Kallikratis

The accommodation was in a quiet location, ten minutes from the center, a short walk from the beach and a shop across the street - we couldn't have chosen better. The accommodation corresponded to the description, the owner responds very quickly, she is very friendly :) I recommend it!

Small private paradise with beautiful garden and lovingly furnished house ! The pool and great views are unique! A few more shade options such as awning or another umbrella would be desirable. Also find a sign with the name of the house for better if you arrive in the evening. We enjoyed the time very much and you could quickly reach many beautiful cities. Vamos and Gavalochori are also highly recommended because of their delicious tavernas as well as the cafe in Kaina itself . Villa Iro is definitely recommended!

Asimenia was a great host - proactive, responsive and caring! We loved staying at the place - it was close to everything we needed for our trip - an easy 15min walk to the old town, but also had access to the beach (20sec walk) as well as grocery shops and some restaurants! We had a car and it was easy to find parking out the front in the street! My partner had a drone and they were even accomodating - allowing us to use the drone and fly it from the rooftop (which meant going through other apartments where some other family members lived). All in all we had a great stay and would highly recommend it!

Just returned from a 10 day stay. The apartment was exactly as described and shown. It’s spotless, lovely furniture, great location and all the important things work very well, A/C , Shower, bed comfortable etc. Host left us some wine, cake and grapes, which was very kind. Yannis & Emmanuel (and Maria) were excellent. They set up a social chat group with great information and clear instructions on entry, arranged taxi’s both ways for us. Nothing went wrong, so we didn’t need to contact them hardly at all, but when we did, they responded almost immediately on the group chat. Overall, a lovely relaxing hassle free trip.
