Monthly Rentals in Kaanapali

Maui is just really expensive so I can't say the value is 5 stars. BUT, this location is private, quiet and gorgeous. Direct view of the ocean however the island of Lanai blocks the view of sunset on the water. Only bad thing is no AC in the unit. Generally it cools off at night and is breezy, but try cooking in the kitchen and you're sweating to death. Fans everywhere but blowing hot air around is not the same as getting relief from AC. I'm someone who likes it cold when I sleep and the ambient temp at night never dropped below 73 (mid November). All that said, Deb was a great host giving plenty of instructions and even leaving me some little Birthday presents as she knew I was there during my birthday week! Next trip I'll definitely look for AC in the accommodations. It's better to have and not need it than not have it at all.

Very beautiful location to stay at in Kaanapali! Has a gym with just enough equipment, grills and pools, and an included private golf cart upon request to the beautiful Kaanapali beaches. Also towel service available until 5:30pm! So wonderful! AC and other amenities were great, did not have a single issue or complaint my entire stay here. Had a great time here, will hopefully be back!!!

We had a blast staying here! It was local to a lot of beautiful beaches and Doug & Diana had amazing Maui recommendations. Definitely will come back here and explore more in the future!

We loved Jennifer’s place. The resort grounds are beautiful and the location is perfect. Unlike Whaler’s village, this resort area is lively without being overcrowded. It is a 5 minute drive from Kanapali beach and Whaler’s village. There are a couple of restaurants and cafes that you can walk to and a nice food truck area around. The apartment was also equipped with a lot of beach gear like chairs, umbrella, snorkels that people have left over the years.
