Maritza’s place in menifee was great. It was clean and stocked with snacks and just beautiful. It was very roomy and comfortable, and there was tons of space both inside and out that me, my traveling companions and our dogs all enjoyed. I especially enjoyed the privacy and safety that the property gave us. Maritza herself was very helpful and accommodating. We actually left some items behind and she made every effort to work with us so we’d get our items back. If Im ever in the area again I’d definitely consider staying there again.

I can’t say enough thank you’s to Oliver. He helped us book our stay after losing our home in the Eaton fire and worked with us to make sure the 211 help was applied to our stay. He and his fiancé brought over treats for our dogs and checked in on us to make sure we were okay. His home was a soft space to land, and we felt at ease knowing we were in his hands as we started our recovery.

Let me start with how helpful Hugo was anything we needed for the house it was done that day or the next. The house is really nice and in a quiet neighborhood id book again no hesitation.

Ana was extremely responsive, responded very soon after any messages, and accommodating prior to and throughout our stay and the extension of our stay. We lost our house in the Eaton fire, and the house was perfect for our family and little dog. We just wanted somewhere to feel "at home" while going through the initial trauma of losing our home. It was nice. The beds (especially the ensuite bed) is/are very comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and away from the busier areas of Riverside.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Amanda's place during an unexpected fire evacuation. The home was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable and safe. The host went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, offering quick responses and thoughtful touches that made a stressful time much easier to bear. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone in need of a reliable, welcoming place to stay.

Mike’s Airbnb felt like a warm hug from the moment we arrived! We stayed during a high wind warning, but the house has a generator, so we had power while others didn’t, staying cozy and comfortable the whole time. The kitchen is gorgeous, with a spacious open floor plan and high-end KitchenAid appliances—cooking while watching the inauguration was such a special memory. Every detail in the house is so well thought out, from the adorable salt and pepper shakers on the table to the beautifully decorated rooms. The handwritten cards scattered throughout the home were such a sweet touch—it felt like your grandma had left little notes just for you! The smart lock made it super easy to come and go, and the big driveway was a great bonus. Plus, the location is close to everything. Mike has truly created the perfect mix of luxury, charm, and comfort. I can’t recommend it enough!

This place is amazing. I was dropping my daughter at one of the Claremont Colleges and the location was an easy 10 min drive away. The house is huge and comfortable. The pool was so refreshing and had multiple seating areas, a bluetooth speaker, and a high edge to jump off . There is everything you need and more in the house- high end Aveda hair care products in the shower, a variety of 4 pillows on the bed from soft to firm to tempurpedic to choose from, the air conditioning was great, there were condiments and basics in the fridge, Mikasa dishware, Multiple streaming channels on the TV without having to put your own sign in on it, tons of pool towels, a garage for the car with an electric car charger, even hair rubberbands and bobby pins. One of the best places I've ever stayed.

Great host. We really enjoyed the stay. location was safe, quiet, and peaceful. The home was clean and very comfortable. This will be the first place I look to if I'm back in the area.

Brandon communicated very quickly every time we reached out. The location is very cool with lots of stuff nearby and safe bike paths. All in all it was a great stay!

All I can say is the host and the unit are amazing. All the things you need away from home that mosts host miss Muhi was spot on. This is an excellent property.

We would highly recommend Sara’s place to anyone. We just walked right across the street and enjoyed our days at Disneyland. Sara‘s place is very clean and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi on the grounds, which was so nice after walking all day. There is also a cute patio off of her living room, which was nice to sit and enjoy a little sunshine. The bedroom for our granddaughters was beautifully equipped with games, books, and stuffed animals for them to enjoy. From the young to the old, this is a great place to stay!

Fantastic stay! Exactly as pictured and described, a little smaller than I had in my head but plenty of space for 2 adults. Please keep in mind this is a suburb of LA and we had a car rental. Don't expect getting into the LA core to be a breeze, LA traffic is horrid but it's close the highway so still convenient, traffic aside. A 7-Eleven is right across the street, super convenient to have. As it is by the lobby, noise can sometimes be an issue as people loiter right outside the door but that personally didn't bother me. Laundry room is also right beside the room so that was nice. If I had to pick one complaint it would be the water temperature. Shower was temperamental. It was either ice cold or piping hot. 😭 But everything was fantastic so I'd still stay here again despite the shower issues.

Beautiful apartment exactly as shown. The Murphy building has an awesome gym,pool, and outdoor areas. Host was super quick to answer any questions and even brought a flashlight in case it would be needed with Hurricane Hilary. We loved it here and will be back. Great location.

The host was awesome—he went above and beyond—and the place was great. It was very clean and the beds are comfortable. We would definitely stay again and would recommend!

We are repeat guests, both short and extended stays, and plan to return again to this clean, comfy guest suite. Nice king bed with ample , quality linens & towels. Bathroom /shower as they mention, is a bit small, and is up a step from other rooms. Plenty of hot water, though. Perfect for a single person or couple, and the twin bed in living area was fine for our visiting grandson. This cozy nook is nestled in beautiful, peaceful Live Oak Canyon, with pleasant outdoor spaces & hikes right outside the door- yet just minutes from shopping, restaurants & all things Claremont. The hosts are wonderful people, and very responsive. Highly recommended, but you might want to book quickly as we plan to stay here frequently!

Drew’s place was perfect. It was very comfortable with nice furnishings in a newer constructed building. The unit and the property were really well maintained. The gym was well equipped and new. Working with Drew was a pleasure. He was communicative, responsive, and made my stay easy and pleasant.

Great place, very clean and great service

I had a wonderful experience during my stay in Santa Ana, CA! The warm and inviting ambience immediately set a relaxing tone. The decor was thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy atmosphere. The space was spotless, reflecting great attention to detail. The highlight of my stay was the King Bed; it felt like sleeping on a cloud! And let's not forget the stunning Patio View overlooking the park, which was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings. Overall, I would highly recommend this lovely stay to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway in OC. Thank you to the amazing hosts for creating such a memorable experience!

Incredible house. Made us feel as at home on Christmas. Lots of decoration that you can see the care for the apartment. We were in 5 and it fitted us perfectly. kitchen also very equipped. The neighborhood also has everything you need and feels safe. I highly recommend staying here for your visit at LA!

Nice and comfortable stay that was indeed very close to Disneyland. Made it so much easier to get to and from Disney, and it was east to find and get into.

Gated community, very clean and the host had everything you needed, I felt right at home.

Great place and pretty close to Disney. So easy with Uber to get to Disney. Well maintained and Krysta was very responsive. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. Walkable to Anaheim Packing house with lots of food options.
