Not that bad of a neighborhood everything is walkable. Clean beds and quiet neighborhoods. Overall pretty decent place.

I was canceled by another Host just 2 days before my trip to California. I found Ryan's listing & he quickly helped us book & gave very clear instructions on checking in. Location was very convenient in the OC & he was VERY responsive.

A nice and simple place to stay. Sess responds fast to all messages which is helpful. If I travel to San Bernardino again I’ll definitely stay here again.

Quiet convenient pretty place. I do wish there are a lot more bigger pots, blender, and a rice cooker as listed on the description though. There are only 3 little pots to cook with. Safe place. Spacious nice layout

An Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had the most amazing experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I could tell this place was special. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth check-in. The bed was super comfortable, and the living area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal as well—close to local attractions, but tucked away enough for a peaceful retreat. I especially liked the parking and how it was gated made me feel secure. Very clean and tidy apartment with massive fridge space and well-equipped kitchen. Great for solo travellers and long stays. Throw blanket is super comfortable - couch is a bit too easy to sleep in as a result. Heater is nicely located next to working desk so it was really a lifesaver since I had many early (chilly) morning calls. Speaking of, good internet speed too! Didn’t notice any lag or connection issue during group conferences. Passcode lock is a great convenience since you don’t have to carry anything with you when you leave. Restaurants and groceries are walkable (~15 min) even if you don’t have a car. Neighborhood is quite residential so feels safe. Make sure you have quarters ready for the laundry room that’s across from the apartment! Host replies nearly instantly and very thoroughly. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Stephanie's place. We have stayed in this complex before, but this apartment is much better equipped and located within the complex. Having a second dedicated parking spot for our nearby relatives when they came to visit us was fantastic! Overall, this was a great stay. The kitchen is well-equipped for making meals at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean and SPACIOUS, Secluded neighborhood, 15 to 20 minutes because of the Hillside Drive to stores. The neighborhood is safe with lots of great places to walk. If you are looking for a feeling of being out of the city it's perfect for you. Very comfortable bed and great shower! Only downsides are, far from nicer stores, the central air is shared however Dana was quick to provide a second space heater & let us put the thermostat on the highest that they allow downstairs. The space heaters are good really quality which made the space very warm and comfortable. VERY appreciated. They are a family of five and like another review said you can hear a lot on the kitchen side, it was not very loud most of the time, BUT in the bedroom/bathroom it is very quiet and the most peaceful. That was our favorite spot, we wished a small couch was in there. Again the spaciousness and decor were fantastic plus Danas speed to help with the cold. LOVED NO CLUTTER and great storage.

We had a great stay. Luis was a wonderful host. He was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the location. Travel tip: LA requires driving no matter where you stay. We were able to get to Pasadena, Glendale shopping, and the LA Arboretum easily. With the right timing (driving outside typical work traffic hours) we got to downtown LA, Venice Beach, and Disneyland with ease. The bed and supplied cot were both very comfortable. The kitchen was clean including cookware and dishes, as well as a full-sized refrigerator/freezer for our left overs from local restaurants. There was an a/c we didn’t need and a small electronic fireplace/space heater that was enough to knock the chill out of the room. The unit is away from the main house and is very quiet and private. We felt very safe and comfortable in such a quiet, nice neighborhood. We would definitely recommend and will look to book for a future stay.

Perfect spot for a trip to Disneyland. Not far from the park and lots of great spots to eat that are close by. The condo was spacious and comfortable, and we had everything we needed.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Kisha made it easy to locate this lovely and secluded apartment in a home by use of photos to navigate the one lane dirt road to the entrance of the apartment. It's hard to believe the home is so secluded while being so close to all of the hustle and bustle of eastern LA County. The bed was comfy and the apartment had everything we needed to feel like home. We definitely recommend and will likely stay again (since our daughter lives less than 10 minutes from the Airbnb).

Peter’s place was perfect! The space was very luxurious and matched the photos. Communication with Peter was easy and smooth. The 2 parking spots were greatly appreciated.

We loved our stay at Sara’s place. The location was great as we could easily walk to Disneyland. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils. The pushcart / stroller was a Lifesaver as we used it to hold our backpacks etc when going to Disneyland. Sara gave us excellent direction on how to get to the park which was greatly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends and relatives

We had an amazing stay thanks to Yovani, quick to respond to our questions and had a very nice place. The rooms are much more spacious than how they look in the pictures, the bedroom is quiet despite the street, and the pool/jacuzzi were really nice at night. Could not recommend this place enough!

Really clean place, great communication and perfect area

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very nice and exactly as picture and describe. The host was very helpful and accommodating by far one of the best airbnb experiences. I work from home and asked if a later check out would be possible as I had a bit more work to do and she was amazing and so helpful everything worked out perfectly. The bed was absolutely amazing so comfortable if thats what your looking for you found a winner nice and soft but firm support!! Would definitely stay again.
