Apartment vacation rentals in José Menino beach

Mr Rodenei welcomed us personally and very politely instructed us on the accommodation and operation of the building. The garage is covered. The view of the beach is beautiful and you can stay for hours enjoying the sea. It was well worth it. We'll definitely be back.

Amazing Apartment, perfect for families and friends! We had a wonderful week at the apartment with my family and friends, and we felt at home from the very first moment. The space is extremely comfortable and is fully equipped with all the utensils needed for a practical and enjoyable stay. The three suites are large and offer an excellent level of comfort, ideal for those who are traveling and want to feel at ease. In addition, the fact that it is an apartment per floor ensures a lot of privacy and tranquility, with very little noise. The host was exceptional: always kind, considerate, and ready to help with what we needed. The apartment is so complete that we no longer wanted to leave! We definitely recommend for those looking for comfort, practicality and an excellent location.

In the pre-trip, Vanessa answered all my questions. On arrival the caretaker handed us the key and control of the electronic gate, was considerate during the stay. We went in 4 adults and 2 children, the apt accommodated perfectly. There are 2 bedrooms, 01 of them double bed and single bed with assistant and bathroom the other bedroom with bunk bed and single bed with assistant. Apt with 2 bathrooms, balconies in the bedrooms and living room. We carry bedding, towels and pillows. In the kitchen there are all utensils, pots, glasses, cutlery, pots. The oven, stove and microwave work right, we use it to make the Christmas dinner. The location is great, close to the avenue. there is bakery at the corner and market just across the street. We went to the beach walking, it's close and quiet to get there, I recommend taking a cart if you're taking a cooler. We use barbecue and pool ( if it was heated it would be perfect) Cove beach, with white and thin sand, great for children. We stay 5 days and intend to go back.

This one sure was a spectacular end of the year, and this unit contributed a lot to that , flawless fit, spectacular condo service all working perfectly well , for sure is a great place to stay

Great value for money! The place is exactly like the pictures and is worth the price you are charged. Although it is not a large apartment, it has 2 bedrooms and a good living room, in addition to air conditioning, which is essential at this time of the year. The apartment was clean and in good condition. The best part is the location. In my opinion, the corner of the fort is the quietest to stay in Praia Grande, even at the end of the year. The apartment is a block and a half from the beach, with ice cream and restaurant on the same street, as well as a pharmacy and market (carrefour express) on the back street, which is the main avenue, with several restaurants, cafes, etc. You don't have to use the car for nothing! Finally, Nei was a great host, being totally available, answering us extremely quickly. It was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone

Extremely organized environment, safe, very cozy, and of incredible beauty, as well as having access to the beautiful view of the beach. Very helpful, and understanding host. I would definitely recommend!!!

Clean, well-organized apartment, with bed and bath linens available. The only bad point was that we found those cheap closets in the apartment, but I think it's more of a building issue, because in the parking lot we found cheap ones as well.

We would like to thank only Hélio we made an excellent trip the apartment is faithful to the photos the Hélio is very kind answered of readiness the balcony has a wonderful foot view in the sea with a fantastic sunrise quiet building friendly staff Air conditioner that makes all the difference in your stay. Indico for All Apartment was delivered extremely clean with bathing suits and bed smelling softener.

The accommodation is very wonderful. Organized location, air-conditioning and shower functioning satisfactorily, in addition to the apartment having a beautiful decoration. It's very cozy. I traveled with my husband and daughter and it was a great experience for everyone. The leisure area is sensational, heated swimming pool, child park, wonderful gym! In addition to having several bars, market and leisure options (especially for those with a child) super close to the apartment.

Thanks Samara, we love the apartment and hope to come back more often, everything clean organized and working, the view is wonderful, and there is everything nearby, including we love the market with self service that is inside the building, there was a lot and with a fair price.

Nice place and very well cared for, with a very good location with things to do without having to take the car out of the parking lot. All items described were in accordance with reality and the site information was also clear from arrival to checkout. Tamara also always responded quickly and was available to solve everything we need very carefully.

Excellent apto . Building well located. I had difficulty circulating through the elevators and accessing the apartment with my son using a wheelchair .

personal !! we have been at the ap da viviane lovely place pleasant extremely clean well located the condominium is a dream . beach service, swimming pool and even massage my wife and stepdaughter made her in the condominium was very good recommend and the janitor Fabiano is a love of person.

The apto surprised me..., has a great disposition for the convivial..., there is a window game that is a spectacle, for the view..., and the location is differentiated, because it has the beauty of nature in front of us, and the comfort of the city around. It was worth it..., we'll be back soon.

I loved the stay! Clean, well located place… chairs service on the beach and the building very well managed. Only one very important detail, for those who are staying with children, the balcony has the low parapet and this ends up being a point of attention. In addition, everything is too wonderful. We love it and will be back more often.
