Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in José Menino beach

Beautiful house in the nicest neighborhood in Guaruja. Very spacious layout with plenty of beds and bedrooms for a large group. The neighborhood is very secure as well. The host was responsive and they have a repair team for the property for any issues. Check in was very easy as well. The house is stunning but there are a few minor things which didn't work for us like the jacuzzi. Nonetheless, the house was a great value!

The house is just wonderful! Upon entering, we are greeted by a cozy and impeccably decorated atmosphere. Everything was clean and tidy. Rosalina could not be more charming. From the moment we arrived, she made it a point to make us feel welcome and at ease, offering not only a welcoming smile, but also genuine attention to each of the details. We will definitely return ❤❤

We had a great stay! The location is great, very close to the beach, market and bakery. The cleaning was impeccable and the maintenance of the house was up to date, all working perfectly. The house is very good, rooms with very good size and structure, very well-equipped kitchen and the outdoor area is spectacular, with pool, fridge and barbecue/pizza oven. We were very well received when we arrived, offered all necessary support and the check-in and checkout processes were super peaceful.

Me and my mom stayed in Amairton's apartment and it was really good! Everything works perfectly, clean linens, the apartment is cute and has everything a family needs! He was extremely attentive and kind, the apartment is very well located (a beach block!), has a market, bakery, restaurants next door! Simply Perfect! We'll be back more often!

The apartment corresponds with all the information, in fact very well decorated and with perfect accommodations. The condominium is all good, with a wonderful pool and pleasant common spaces. Rodrigo responded promptly and was very attentive all the time I was in the apartment. Apartment was very clean, there's everything we need, even vacuum cleaner! Towels were clean and smelling , pillows and soft mattress, very good and quiet air conditioning, excellent filter making it unnecessary to buy water, new parasol and beach chairs, in short, the stay was excellent. The condominium has a wonderful pool and the beach was very clean and nice. The nearby krill supermarket is excellent in price and quality.

The apartment is very nice, super neat and complete. The condominium is great, has a very good structure, with heated pools (adult and children), gym, playground etc. Rosana was super helpful! The balcony is very nice to stay, super wide; the view is very beautiful, facing the beach. Great place to stay in Santos.

We love Sandra's apartment, the kitchen is complete, place is great and Sandra is very kind and helpful. Even with rainy days, the accommodation was very good.
