Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Johns Pass

With a change in plans in a Airbnb we originally had, Richard was able to accommodate my bachelorette weekend in just minutes. From the rebooking to walking through the doors it was about 45 mins. He was quick to respond if something was needed. The house had a lot of space with a cute back and side yard. The beds were so comfy. I highly recommend booking!!

We had a family get together for Thanksgiving. Great place. Big enough for 9 people and a dog. The pool and backyard were awesome. This place would be great for all adults or families with children. Not walkable to anything but we wanted quiet and our own oasis. The host was responsive to the minor issues we experienced during the week. Thanks again for a great week.

Great apartment in the Kenwood neighborhood. I think we walked to a different coffee shop every morning of our 5 night stay and walked to a different patio restaurant with our dog and baby in town every evening. We did have to cook for our little guy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent plenty of time outside. We did meet guests staying at each of the two apartments we shared the space with and everyone was friendly. Laundry was right outside of our apartment and super convenient. We worked remotely for the 5 days and had no issues. Lauren was responsive and extremely flexible. 10/10 would rent again.

I stayed at Kristin place for my birthday weekend. The place was in a family neighborhood. I felt comfortable leaving my 87 year old mom their at night while I had to go babysit my grandbaby. The house was well equipped and spacious. It was enough room for the family to come over and have game night. What I liked the best did not need a key everything was keyless. Will stay their again when visiting St Pete. They were great host.

This was my family’s 3rd stay at this property . Had a great time . Very nice atmosphere. Anytime I messaged Jakub he answered very promptly . I would recommend this property and I will be staying here again

Andrea was so friendly and great to Communicate with and she was very responsive. I loved that Andrea put out a couple Christmas decorations for us since we were staying at her beautiful house over the holidays. The location was perfect for us as we were there to visit my parents for Christmas. Andrea’s house was very clean and tidy as soon as we walked in we felt at home. Her backyard is nice and big and was great for our 2 fur babies. I would highly recommend Andrea’s property to anyone looking to stay in Clearwater. Thank you again for Everything! Very comfortable stay with my dog and family during Christmas week! The home is clean and spacious in a great area of Seminole. Short drive to the beach, close to Publix and plenty of restaurants. The outdoor area was very relaxing with the pool, grill and patio table. It was great to feel at home while celebrating the holidays with family.

Barry & Alisha's place was just as described and they sent out a variety of fun things to do and places to go prior to check in. I did ask a question about the places where we had reservations and never received a response - I think their texts/reminders are just generated. We did have a problem with the water temperature and Barry came out within a 4 hour period to make sure it was great. Excellent response time. We didn't find the couch in the living room to be comfortable. And that's a thing for us. And the toilet rocks when you sit on it. That probably could stand to be replaced. But the pool was incredible and the hot tub was the reason we booked. Well maintained and cared for. They also asked for us to do laundry and sweep on the way out which was strange considering we have a cleaning fee - he said it was to honor other guests with early check in requests. We thought it was 5/5 and would stay again.

We had a wonder stay at this Airbnb property. Beautiful home and Mark was very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again!

This place is amazing. Big enough to have friends and family + able to get some private time when needed. We enjoyed the heated pool, big kitchen, bikes, fire pit, games and the location. We had a great time biking to the local restaurants and walking to dog to the local park. Definitely a sanctuary that I look forward to staying at again.

The house from the front is very unassuming. I was delightfully surprised when I walked in the door and saw that it was a safe, clean, comfortable environment. The backyard is a tropical paradise. This place is a hidden gem, a whole house with everything you need and a resort backyard for half the price of a hotel room.

Our stay was perfect, and Ashley was very quick to respond with any questions my guests and I had. The hot tub and fire pit were the highlights of the trip! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice staycation close to St. Pete! Thanks Ashley! 😊

Our stay at Donna’s place was absolutely fantastic! The bungalow was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Donna and Isabel were incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations, making our time in Clearwater even more special. We would definitely stay in this place again!

Christina’s place was very comfortable and felt like home. It was close to Walsingham park for a lovely walk with the dogs and close to the beach. Christina kept in very close contact to ensure that I was warm enough during the recent cold snap and offering use of her large back yard and BBQ while she was away we have already booked her place for next year.

Had a great time in this space, host was very responsive and just what I needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. View was beautiful. So peaceful. Philip was so pleasant and checked on us via text to see if we needed anything. We will definitely come back to this wonderful condo.

I absolutely love this home. It was spacious but felt like home. Beautifully decorated. Had everything I needed. It has a closet full of games for the family, a gigantic backyard with a fire pit, grill, and hot tub. It had tons of seating for an outdoor gathering. The king bed in the master bedroom was comfy, queen bed in 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Every bedroom has a television and one in the comfy, large living room as well. Jacuzzi tub was fantastic and could easily sit 6 people or more. Dog friendly, they even have a dog food & water bowl ready for you in the kitchen. Dishwasher/washer & dryer, coffee maker. Bikes if you wanted to go on a bike ride. A park right down the street. Quite neighborhood with friendly neighbors who came by and said hello. And a box of cookies/cakes on the counter welcoming me when i came in the door. I even had a mistake on my checkout date and they extended my stay with no issues. Fantastic place. will be back soon!! 5+ stars!!

We stayed during Hurricane Helene and could not have been in a safer zone! Pete’s place had everything we needed for a long stay in Florida, from beach gear to lots of towels and linens. Pete himself was quick to respond to any questions and checked in during and after the hurricane! The location was right next to Pinellas trail which we used the bike to go to clearwater beach! Overall, the place was clean and felt like home, when back I’d love to stay here again!

We enjoy Safety Harbor and John's place was nice. Close to the action, clean and we felt safe. We were able to meet John and his own site handyman who were responsive to any requests.

Dee is a wonderful hostess. We felt immediately welcomed and right at home while being there. She brought over a space heater when the system wasn't warm enough for my hubby lol. It was definitely 5 stars and more. We highly recommend the unit for your stay!
