The house was everything we expected and was able to accommodate for the 10 guests. Check-in and check-out was smooth, and the rules of the house were easy to follow.

We had our Annual Friendsgiving celebration and everyone loved everything. We had a private Chef so the kitchen was perfect

Our weekend was amazing. The main floor is large and very open and made it easy for our group to hang out and eat together. The lake is literally just 25 feet or so away from the house. It is February, so we were mostly inside, but quite a few of our high schoolers did jump in the water a few times for a polar plunge. Great value in the off season, great house, and great hosts.

Perfect for two couples each with a young baby! Had friends over on the patio and had a lovely time! Absolutely recommend in the future.

This is a gem in Danville! Beautifully decorated, super clean, great bedrooms and beds, and tons of little touches, like toothbrushes in case you forgot yours. Katie is a superlative host. This house felt so welcoming that it really became a big part of our great experience of Danville.

This area was really cute. The house was very well equipped, lots of additional items that made the stay pleasurable. The house and amenities appear fairly new and in great shape.

I have stayed here for work many times. Each visit was a pleasure, quiet and private and convenient to work. A quiet neighborhood, with easy parking and plenty of walking along tree-lined streets. The home is lovely, comfortable, and Martha is an amazing host. Highest praise, thank you so much for opening your home to us.

Our stay at Emily's place was great! She was extremely responsive to all our questions. The location is very walkable to Duke's East Campus, which was very convenient for us. The place is clean and has everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

Above and Beyond: I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs over the years and Stephen’s has quickly risen to the rank of one of my favorites. Clean, comfortable and well appointed, the space is decorated with humor, local history and some truly lovely touches. Stephen thought of EVERYTHING to make us comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The “welcome crew” of pets (who can be avoided if you need) are affectionate and polite, and the backyard paradise of a garden in springtime (and probably anytime) is not to be missed! We absolutely hope to be able to visit again.

We had a lovely time here! The house is so charming, with a beautiful garden, in a lovely, quiet area, and within walking distance of downtown. The hosts are very responsive and flexible. Wish we got a chance to pet the dogs ;) Can’t recommend it enough.

There was a slight misunderstanding with another guest upon check-in, but Scott was super responsive and things were clarified and settled quickly. And the place was wonderful! We were in town for a conference at Duke, and we so appreciated being able to walk to campus and to restaurants from our home base. We even remarked a number of times that it was a pity we were so busy - we barely got to enjoy the comfy Airbnb! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the whole experience was seamless. I highly recommend this place if you need to be at Duke for whatever reason; if I’m ever back in Durham, I’ll definitely try to snag it again!

I was in town for a weekend trip by myself, college reunion. Perfect spot for an individual or couple who plan to be out and about doing other activities. The room is comfortable and spacious and the bathroom is as well, so if you do want to just sit around and watch TV you can. More affordable than some of the local hotels. Though other people stay there, I don't think I ever saw anyone else, and I used the laundry and iron, etc. Great solution for a reunion and about half as much as what 21c or other nice hotels were charging. Such a beautiful part of town especially in the spring, and right next to east campus.

Apt. was conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. Antonio was responsive and kind. Could not have asked for more.

Really cute place in a great area with super nice neighbors. Stay was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. Bed was comfy. Bathrooms were clean.

We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. The condo was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close to shopping, restaurants, UNC, and Bolin Creek walking trail. Communication was on point, and we would definitely choose to stay at Quiet Condo again!

Debra's place has a great vibe the minute you walk in, from the bright colors to the clever local restaurant ideas. I'm a coffee snob and really appreciated the attention and selections of coffee offered. That was a nice touch. She's also super friendly and was very responsive to my every question. The location is easy walking distance to great restaurants in downtown Wake Forest. It was a great stay. I highly recommend her place. PS - and the toilet seats were heated! (easy to turn off if you don't want that)
