Todd's place was awesome ! Great location on the lake. The house was very nice. What stood out to me was how well stocked the kitchen was. Every thing you needed was there. Also, there was lots of extra blankets and pillows to use. The house was very comfortable and charming.

Beautiful and clean home! Amazing views! We hosted our teen retreat and we all had a ball! From the grill to the fire pit, secluded basement, and breathtaking sunroom, it was amazing! Our girls had a blast! We would definitely book again!

We had an amazing time at Felicia and Scott’s lake house. The house comes with everything you need and more. Our family enjoyed every inch of the house: dock, boat house, porch with fire pit, and top deck. The quiet little cove the house backs up to was amazing and offered us a safe place to enjoy in our favorite water activities: kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. We can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Katie's place. Just what we needed for the family during our kids spring break. Plenty of room for the family and the views and landscape around the property were amazing. Katie was a very proactive host and always responded very quickly to our questions about the house or the local area. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was the perfect place for our anniversary weekend getaway and also for celebrating my nephew’s 3rd birthday. The house was easy to find and access, and the host went above and beyond by putting up a few birthday decorations and even leaving a sweet little gift for the birthday boy—such a thoughtful touch! The home was very clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything you could need for a short or long stay. It has two spacious bedrooms with easy access to the living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The views of the lake were absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed having access to the dock—it was great for swimming, fishing, and just relaxing by the water. The host was very helpful, provided clear instructions, and gave us great recommendations for local dining and activities. Communication was quick and friendly. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again when we’re back in the area!

We loved everything about our stay. From the house itself with the adorable frogs to the location on the lake, it checked all the boxes! We loved exploring in the kayak/canoe, relaxing on the back deck and watching all the boaters and jet skiers go by (they were very friendly!), doing puzzles inside, and everything in between. The house had everything we needed, which was wonderful. Tom was so quick with his responses and a great host. We would rent again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a lovely stay, Tom.

We had a beautiful weekend and enjoyed our stay and would definitely book McKenzie’s place again! The view is amazing and we caught tons of fish off the dock! Very quiet and private, but easy to run up to the grocery store and we loved the coffee shop at the top of the neighborhood! McKenzie answer all of our questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

We had a great time paddle boarding the lake and chilling on the screened porch. Went out for drinks to buoys to break up the stay.

great place if you are the outdoors type. beautiful surroundings, lake is right there you can catch fish right off the dock. very secluded, private and plenty of woods. keep in mind it is North Carolina, and it's not flat ground. so there is a lot of hills, but it was a great stay for me. the host is great, and very responsive if you need anything.

Had a great weekend at the cabin. We have rented a few cabins on hyco lake and this location was probably our favorite. Fishing was fantastic and we found a resturant nearby that was, a little pricy, but amazing steak. It was the closest steak house when you google "steak near me". We spent hours down at the dock house and when inside the cabin, the coffee bar and couch called my name often lol.

We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting to unplug and enjoy nature. Lot's to do at the site with walking trails, disc golf and a fire pit.

The backyard and pond are super nice. The cabin is well appointed and clean. There are several homes around so you get the remote experience without being alone. Cleaner was super nice and does a fantastic job!

Natalia was super responsive and friendly throughout the whole process. The cabin was the perfect location and we had a great time. I would definitely stay again!

My stay at Weldon’s Place was absolutely wonderful. I needed to rest in a peaceful environment and that’s what I got. The cottage was clean, had everything I needed and the bed was so comfortable. It was so beautiful to sit at the kitchen table and look out at the pond and how well kept the grounds were. Jackson was friendly and I can’t wait to stay again. If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway with nature…this is it.

It was a great stay at your cabin. Wish could of enjoyed more but was a work trip. Wanted to let you know that the grill was about to catch fire when I lighted it. You need to check and see what is going on with the grill. Planning to come back again this week and tried to book again but already booked. We look forward to staying there again in the future to be able to enjoy pond and down time.
