Bethany's place was great. The house and property matched the photos, was clean, had firewood for the fire pit and even indoor and outdoor games to play. plenty of space with 5 beds and an open kitchen/living room area. the deck and screened in porch was great. if I had to pick something to complain about the only thing(s) would be the driveway being hard to see/not really a driveway (felt like I was driving into a yard) and no blinds on the patio doors. even though it is out in the country it still felt like a fishbowl at night. minor things really. it's a great place. A welcome snack basket (or bottle of wine) would have been nice😆 Great access to the lake, community volleyball court & even a tennis/pickleball court which Bethany's place had a full set of pickleball rackets and balls to play with. Would definitely go back. I travel A LOT and it was nice to see someone put some money into the property/house instead of all the cheapest materials possible. worrh the stay.

Good spot in a quaint neighborhood convenient to 9th St, Duke and other Durham attractions. House is comfortable and well-supplied; communication with host excellent. Would be pleased to stay again.

This was our second stay at Susan's place and it was as lovely as before! We love the location and the backyard was the perfect place for us to burn some post Thanksgiving dinner calories.

Great place for a girls retreat weekend at the lake! Loved taking advantage of the dock and the house was large enough for everyone!

This is our 3rd year staying here for our annual weekend at the lake and the house is the perfect set up for our families. The weather was perfect, the fish were biting and it is the perfect place to relax for the weekend. Matt and crew are very responsive, highly recomend.

we had a great time at Amy's. perfect location to stores, boat ramp etc. super clean and very relaxing place. a bunch of games for the kids and pool table for the adults. everyone in our group had a great time

Cozy apartment 2.5 blocks from Duke’s East Campus! Susan was very friendly and addressed any questions and concerns I had during my stay. Was in town for a month and her place quickly felt like home!

Totally renovated space in a quiet diverse neighborhood. Near 9th Street which has plenty of restaurants and a Harris teeter. Would definitely stay there again

We chose the location for its proximity to my friend's studio. We loved walking to Omie's for coffee. We would certainly use the space again!

This was our third stay at Betty's Farm Time Studio. The location is peaceful, and we could relax and enjoy the quiet of the setting. From past experience, we knew that Betty was super responsive; the same was true this time when we needed to contact her. We felt safe and right at home, knowing Betty would respond and take care of any issue that might arise. I highly recommend Betty's place!

It was was wonderful to find a dog friendly home and neighborhood where I could take my pup for short walks without having to drive to a trail or park. She always looked forward to the excitement of seeing the ducks and herons in the small pond, which was only a 5 minute walk away. Luis is a true dog lover - he was very sweet with my girl and even occasionally offered to walk her when he was heading out for his own morning walks. As a host, he was extremely responsive and provided very clear information.

We had a great stay at Mav's place! The home was extremely clean and comfortable, and we immediately felt right at home! The beds were comfortable and having a washer and dryer in unit was such a handy convenience! Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at Luis's home for six weeks, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the host, Luis, whose prompt and attentive communication was a source of great comfort, especially for someone like me, navigating a new country as an intern. His kindness and assistance made me feel truly at home. The apartment itself was of remarkable quality, offering everything one could need: a well-appointed desk for work, immaculate linens and towels, and a pristine bathroom. One of the most delightful features was the hammock in the room, a serene spot that provided a much-needed escape and sense of relaxation. Moreover, the location was ideal for my daily commute to Duke University, with a bus stop just outside the door, making access to campus via the 11B bus incredibly convenient. In summary, if you seek a temporary stay near Duke University, Luis’s home is undoubtedly one of the finest choices.

This townhome was as good as you can ask for. Absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean with unique touches inside like a fish tank. Very safe neighborhood. Host was excellent. This was the perfect booking for a Duke game. If I’m ever in Durham again for a Duke game, I’d book here in a second.
