Great place with a great host. Little overpriced but a great location.

The location of this apartment was fantastic, and the building's amenities were a major highlight. The rooftop area with pools was particularly impressive - I actually managed to get some work done up there, which was a great change of scenery. The views were stunning! The apartment itself matched the listing's description and had all the essential amenities we needed. When we ran low on some supplies, Katherin was quick to provide more. Speaking of Katherin, she was an excellent host - very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The unit was generally well-maintained, though there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning before our arrival, and the apartment doesn't get much natural light, which made it feel a bit dark during the day. Despite these small issues, we had a comfortable stay overall. Would recommend for anyone looking for a well-located place with great building amenities!

Excellent location, very quiet area and accessible to everything. Super comfortable apartment with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back. The hosts communicated at all times very cordially before, during and after our stay.

I like the private parking lot, the guy who was watching the parking lot was always nice to us. the top pool is really nice quite no kids allow. The bartender from the roof pool where very nice both time I went they where different people both are nice. bottom pool was perfect for my kids to used. Very private to come into the place or parking lot. over all everything we loved to our stay. 5th is only 2 small block away easy to walk but far enough to be a quite sleep.

Place is in the best location. Right off of 5th and Mamitas Beach. Security staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for a 5-person group. Our kids loved it and the host was very accommodating.

Beautiful place to rest, very close to amusement parks, clean, always attentive to what the guest requires, comfortable and quiet, an excellent place, I would definitely return!

We have been to PDC many times, and this place was an absolute winner in terms of location and amenities. It was an easy walk to the beach and many of our favorite restaurants but we ended up spending a lot of our time on the beautiful rooftop. Very comfortable.

We were very comfortable, an excellent option to spend a few days quiet with the family and with children.

This spacious home worked perfectly for us to visit our friends in the same housing complex. Very clean and well-maintained. There were some issues with the door lock and the laundry but these were attended to straightaway.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this house. The location is a short drive to the beach. The pictures look exactly like the house. The host was responsive and flexible. She gave local recommendations, which is always a plus. We are already talking about our next trip back!

The hosts are very proactive. They respond very quickly. The house is really beautiful, cozy and well decorated. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There are also all the essentials for the children. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Local restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are close by. We recommend it without hesitation.

This apartment was a great choice for my stay. It was well-kept and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable experience. Any issues that came up were promptly resolved, thanks to the attentive host. The location is perfect—just minutes on foot to 5th Avenue, the beach, the supermarket, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I selected this apartment for a week-long trip to PDC with my family and my in-laws based largely on the size (two bedrooms) and the pictures of the beautiful balcony and garden. I feel as though we really lucked out in terms of location - the apartment was near enough to 5th Ave and the beach to walk, but far enough to be in a tranquil neighbourhood. There were so many nice restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store a couple of blocks away. I highly recommend this unit. As others have mentioned, the property manager Sandra is wonderful and friendly.

Cece was a super responsive host and provided great local recommendations. The place was perfect for our 5 days in town, comfortable accommodations, great space, great backyard and close to the ocean. perfect! can't wait to return next year! thank you for having us.

The hosts were accommodating throughout my entire stay. Mario was always there to help and every time I had a question he would always respond within a timely manner. When I asked to be checked out a little bit later Mario said yes without hesitation. I had a wonderful time at the Airbnb and would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a beautiful place to stay near the beach with the family. I can’t thank the hosts enough for everything they’ve done and hope to be there soon again.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Cathy was so quick to respond to any inquiries and made very helpful contacts for any questions. We would definitely recommend this property. The only disappointment was there wasn't a hot tub.

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

Nice place with close distance to beach, restaurants and where everything happens.

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.
