Everything excellent, the location is not so close to the beach if it is what you are looking for, for us that we have a car is excellent because it is about 15 minutes by car, it is close to an avenue so close to everything, beer shops, Oxxo, many stalls to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner to walk. The house is neat and tidy. The hosts were responding quite quickly and were attentive to anything we need. We had some inconveniences with the air conditioning in the living room but it was resolved, the other rooms have a/c and everything is fine. As a suggestion, maybe change the water baths so that the water works better, but they worked for us at all times... In the same way, the mattresses are not so comfortable that we say but they fulfill their function. The house does not have a microwave, but the rest of the kitchen is very well equipped. The pool space is very cool, nice and spacious. Yes we would come back yes we will come back. It's worth the price.

Cosy casa in gated complex. All you need amenities and great for family if you have to prepare food. Beach cooler and beach supplies are provided so you dont have to bring your own. AC in each room we never used in December. All being said you have to come with the right expectation for the money you pay.

I liked my stay, I felt like home. Adreana was always aware of any situation. I will settle back in my prox visit to Playa del Carmen !

We had an incredible stay - the location is amazing with one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The house was spotless and the pool and swim up bar were so much fun! Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

My stay at this Airbnb was exceptional. The apartment was spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated. The host was very nice and responsive, providing helpful recommendations for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Nice place to use as a base to visit The Mayan Riviera. The house is big and functional, the neighbourhood is safe, and Fabricio is a great host. I recommend visiting Maroma beach named the most beautiful Mexican beach, the only way to visit is through the Dorado Maroma for 20 usd with sunbed and installations included. It is good to know that many entrances to the beaches have a fee, and some of them have closings times. With free entrance, I recommend the beach at 88 Street, not crowded, easy parking, showers for 5 pesos, and a couple of restaurants near the entrance. For the supermarket, you have Chedraui 200 mts away from the house, but if you have a car, I recommend driving one km to Soriana, which is nicer. For Restaurants 50 mts away, you have La bendita Costilla amazing meat and 500 mts walk you have Man Kii a good fish restaurant with local prices. A good thing about the house is that it is 200 mts away from the main route Tulum-Cancun, so you can get anywhere fast.

My experience in the place that made me feel at home, a very functional place. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt enveloped in a cozy and family atmosphere. I liked the decor. I stayed in this beautiful home for two weeks and it was an amazing experience. The house is even nicer than the photos, with rustic and cozy details. The kitchen is perfectly outfitted and a pleasure to cook there. The garden is spacious, ideal for pets. They have 24/7 security which made me feel very safe to walk around the place at any time. What I liked most was the attention of the hosts, who were very friendly because we were left guides about the city and recommendations of restaurants and places to visit, I would definitely come back

Very clean, very chill, we found a scorpion and the neighbor helped put it outside. Washingmachine works fine. Bathroom is very clean. Felicitas is very active and easy to reach.

If you keep in mind that this is MEXICO, the villa is great! I always lower my expectations one notch for any hotel, resort, or Air BnB in Mexico. Do this yourself and you won't be disappointed in the house. The staff however were AMAZING! Can't say enough good about the concierge and housekeepers! Exceeded Expectations!

overall the place is excellent, good cleanliness beautiful and wide it's much better in person than in photos, we were very comfortable there a group of 15 people, the host is very flexible and friendly. the only detail that I see it is the security guard of the entrance booth to the subdivision since it has a very heavy attitude and despite the fact that it already locates it continues to get very aggressive with its security filters, to some extent it makes you feel even afraid to ask for access to the fractionation. is subject apart from the accommodation but if it is a point of view that I had to expose to give it solution, and that it is only that guard why the others who attended us were always very friendly and gave us easy access.

I loved this place sooo much. it's very cozy and all of the little things that make a house a home are considered and provided for. The house was delivered very clean, well-equipped, quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool so much that I'm considering adding one to my own house, ha! Communication was consistent and very prompt. 11/10 would recommend for a short or extended stay.

Our stay at Casa Martini in Playa del Carmen was nothing short of excellent. The location is fantastic – in a safe and secure neighborhood, just a short walk down the beach to Fifth Avenue, where we enjoyed great dining, shopping, and entertainment. The host, Mercedes, was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met and making us feel truly welcomed. One of the highlights of our trip was the private chef recommended by Mercedes – the meals were absolutely amazing and added an extra level of luxury to our stay. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Casa Martini to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen!
