Location, Location, Location: This home is centrally located within a secure gated community in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. You are approximately 35-40 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes (w/traffic) from EVERYTHING ELSE. Except the beach which is practically in your backyard. We ventured out of the rear exit of the community, which is lined with resorts. For a nominal fee, La Petitte allowed us to utilize their facilities, and we were treated like royalty. Space and the more space: Very spacious residence, with all the comforts of home. Upon arrival, the concierge did a quick walk through to certify all was well and answer any questions. Soon after landing, we received a message from Jeff & Mariel ensuring we arrived safely and were ready to have a great time. There were snacks and drinks available for our consumption as well as a fountain with purified water and a fully stocked kitchen. The rooms are spacious with TV and AC in each and plenty of beds. Enjoyed our stay!

Casa Mulder was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, well-located, and charming. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed it. We really appreciated that the the manager went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional - arranging car rentals, tours, and making sure we were comfortable at all times. The ADS team was really wonderful - Jin Ceballos in particular provided wonderful guidance and support. Highly recommend!

We were with my wife my two children and my mother, staying 4 nights and we really enjoyed peace and comfort. A very cozy house that adjusting to the price. If you go on vacation I recommend it. FRANCOIS, fantastic, is always attentive to everything.

Everything was as described and the photos. The only downside would be the amount of hot water for the shower which is deficient when there are 3 occupants. Pleasant and quiet stay with pool accessibility.

Both Katherine & Roberto, are extremely responsive. The house is convenient to both the beach and town/restaurants. Rooftop is spacious and comfortable. We were able to have great massages on the private balcony. thanks to Katherine.

Construction still ongoing and the balcony faces the construction site. Very fine dust doesn't allow to enjoy the balcony or the rooftop. Amazingly equipped kitchen. Very clean apartment and conveniently located to the supermarket and quite close to the beach. Great elevator, very safe and beautiful lobby area. When the construction will be done it will be amazing.

Had a lovely stay at this cute Airbnb, we loved the rustic charm, felt right at home thanks to Ann! The kitchen is well equipped which I appreciated. The location is perfect to explore the streets of playa, you can still hear the noise of the band's until 3 in the morning but it's far enough away that you can manage to fall asleep 😊 All in all would absolutely recomend.

100% recommended. We spent 9 days in the apartment. It is very spacious , close to downtown and the beach. communication with ana was excellent and the pool is very top! i would definitely come back again.

Heidi's stay is excellent, the place is very nice, comfortable and safe, it is located within a condominium complex that gives you all that, very close to convenience stores and self-services. You have everything you need for your stay, we were 5 days and everything very well, the internet works very well, no water or light problems. Of course, 100% of the rules of the condominium must be complied with so as not to have any issues, from the hours of use of the common areas (pool, laundry) to the use of bracelets for access, as the security is strict in the income. It is just a 5-minute drive from 5th Avenue. It is ideal for two couples. Heidi was pending and responded quickly to all the doubts that were had, the truth is that we would definitely come back!

I can’t say enough about this fabulous place!! The hosts, the location, the bright open studio concept with peekaboo view of the ocean, the large open patio and proximity of literally steps away from the beach are at the top of my wow list. This is a fantastic rental for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Puerto Moreles for an affordable stay. The bed was comfortable and the nights were peaceful and quiet. The bonus of beach chair with umbrella and the bike was awesome. I have already booked for next year and highly recommend this place. I had the pleasure to be hosted by Jessica for 3 months. She was very kind and attentive. The place is really huge and spacious. You have whole entire deck where you can see sun rise and have a cook out. There are markets around the corners plus a taco restaurant. Small convenient store 2 house down next to building for drinks and snacks. The receptionist from building are very professional and also able to assist you. The Gym is nice and clean. Pool is great up in the roof. I will for sure come back and choose Jessica for hosting me once again. Thank you for everything and I will see you very soon.

We had such a lovely stay at Casa Tranquilla! We were greeted when we arrived and given a tour of the house and Angelo showed us how to get to the beach right away. The house was clean, quiet, and cozy. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, even a few staples like oil, salt and pepper. The beds were simple, but comfortable enough. When we had any questions or needed anything, we could just knock on Angelo's door. He was very helpful. The pool was great and we had it to ourselves most of the time. It was a 30 second walk away. And the beach was not even a 5 min walk away. There was a beach umbrella to bring with us. The location was great. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had an amazing time in this home. It has all the amenities you can ever need. The place was just as the pictures described. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Oxxo and a few restaurants. Dovile and Giorgia were amazing hosts, super responsive and flexible.

marian's apartment is excellent. Very well located, steps from Coco Bongo and the 5th. On the way around you have a full OXXO. The Dpto has a lot of elements that will make your stay very comfortable, as if you were at home. The full suuuuper kitchen. the washer and dryer were of great help. It has handbags for the supermarket and other thermal for going to the beach. Eloiza was very responsive and instantly responded to our inquiries. I highly recommend this apartment. It was definitely an excellent choice

We had an amazing 10 days at Nick’s place! Everything was as advertised and we could not have been happier with our stay! Eduardo was extremely helpful both before and during our stay and super responsive to our questions, thanks again, Eduardo! We will definitely be back soon!

The condo at Dos Delfines was wonderful - great location a 2 min walk from the beach but also walkable to the port with restaurants, grocery, etc. The unit was as described and perfect for our needs - kitchen had all the utensils, drinking water provided, etc. What really set the rental apart; however, was the team managing the property. We left an item of value in our unit and realized it when we got to the airport. I messaged the property manger Amanda. She found a driver that was able to bring it to us at the airport and still make our flight - the true definition of going above and beyond . We (a family of 3) have already discussed when we can head back to Puerto Morelos and stay in the same rental again!
