THE HOUSE is a tastefully decorated, upscale and well-equipped beach home that has been completely remodeled. It sleeps 6 guests and offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen and a cozy living/dining area with a sofa sleeper. You will love the secluded, tropical patio which offers a hot tub and a BBQ for relaxing moments. The property is located in a quiet and upscale, residential neighborhood of Clearwater North Beach, just across the street of the beautiful and pristine Gulf Beach. Clearwater Beach with its vibrant public beach life, various shopping opportunities and diverse restaurants is just a mile away. The House and Cottage can be BOOKED TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY and are the perfect place for families, family get togethers or romantic get-aways. It is NOT SUITABLE FOR SPRINGBREAKERS or any group that wants an environment that allows loud parties. THE AWARD-WINING GULF BEACH IS ONLY 32 STEPS AWAY! Grill, TVs, cable, WIFI, multiple driveways for parking, beautiful landscaping. Walk to shopping, dining or island attractions. Take the public trolley around the island or go as far south as Treasure Island! Check-in is 4:00pm or later; check-out is promptly at 10:00am to leave time for cleaning crew. IMPORTANT: We do not advertise on Craigslist! Be safe and only deal with the owner. COVID-19 Pinellas County is open for short term vacation rentals with guidelines that we are following in full. We take the safety of our guest and cleaning staff extremely seriously. Our cleaning crews are using sanitizer and disinfectant on all surfaces before your arrival and as cleaning is taking longer than previously it is unlikely that we can offer early check-ins or late checkouts. Our houses have well equipped kitchens and we believe that separate units are the best option for vacationing in the time of Covid-19. Florida is seeing an increase in cases at the moment and we stress the importance of guests taking travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel to Florida. In the event that the administration halts vacation rentals we would of course refund guests as we could no longer accept them. We have to stress that after two months of cancellations and re-bookings we will not be able to offer refunds if Clearwater Beach remains open for vacation rentals but guests decide not to travel.

Hun’s property is in a terrific location on a quiet street. It is close and convenient to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The house is all new construction, clean, and well appointed. My husband and I felt very comfortable there and had a great stay. Hun was particularly responsive the times I had to reach out to him. It would be a pleasure to stay at this property again.

A Perfect Family Getaway ! We had an incredible stay at this home! Traveling with two elementary-aged children and an 8-month-old can be challenging, but the host made it effortless. The house was equipped with everything we needed: a high chair, playpen, and a crib with wheels that was a lifesaver. The pristine cleanliness of the home was immediately noticeable, providing a comfortable and safe environment for our family. The pool was a massive hit with the kids, and the surrounding nature offered a serene backdrop that we all appreciated. One of the standout features was the availability of a wagon stocked with beach chairs, making our beach trips seamless. There were plenty of towels, and the assortment of games and a stereo system kept everyone entertained during downtime. The seating arrangements were ample, accommodating our family comfortably. I stayed at Karina's lovely 3-bedroom house 2/15/25-3/15/25. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. The pool was great. I was in there a lot. The temperature was about 73 degrees. The beach is about 1 hour away (due to traffic). There were many restaurants, grocery stores, LA Fitness, and anything else you might need nearby. If you like dive bars - go to Joy Bar. It has 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, and cheap drinks. Karina communicated well and promptly. I would absolutely stay here again.

From the beginning on when we entered the house, we felt like we were home. Maria and Peter are such great hosts, so friendly and kind like family. This place literally has it all. Beautifully furnished, well designed, in a great neighborhood just a short drive to the beach and local amenities. Every bed was so comfortable and we had everything we needed, from toiletries to linens, toys/games and beach accessories. It’s worth mentioning too that the kitchen was so well stocked with cookware, bakeware, cutlery, etc. We like to cook rather than eat out and it was so easy to prepare meals because every tool we needed was there, which is so rare in a vacation rental. The attention to detail in every inch of this home cannot be overstated. No corner was cut in preparing this home for guests. It was a dream stay! Thanks a million to Jon for hosting us in the best listing we’ve ever stayed in.

Amelia’s house is better than the photo’s and a lovely, comfortable place to stay. It is extremely well equipped, especially for visiting the beach and if you have little ones, they will love the play room and safe grassed back garden. It is an easy and quick 6 minutes to Madeira beach and only 5 minutes to the nearest Publix supermarket. Amelia is also a quick and responsive host. It’s no surprise that the reviews are so glowing.

This place was very cozy and literally walking distance from everything. Place was clean and it was super easy to contact the host and they contacted us back very quickly. The only that was a little inconvenient was we really needed the pull out couch for a bed and it was so uncomfortable and warn out that we had to buy an air mattress for us to accommodate the sleeping. Also there is only 1 tv for the whole place so when my niece who was sleeping in the living room went to bed we didn’t have entertainment throughout the night for the rest of us. My family works over night so we are night owls and more tvs would have helped a lot. Outside of that the place was amazing and definitely would book again with a smaller group

Christopher was great we had some electrical issues and he was very responsive and willing to accommodate our needs. This home is small but has lots of spaces to lounge and relax or read a book. The backyard was great we had a small reunion with family and it really accommodated our needs. The bathroom could use a lock for the door and some tighting up of the bowl but otherwise we were very happy with our stay.
