Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Jambiani

Stayed for 8 days with my family. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials and we had a fantastic time. The pool was great too! Very easy to walk to the beach and lots of restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommended this apartment! Thank you Juli for having us :)

The beach house is simply fantastically located and right on the beach in a very nice garden. You feel like you're in paradise there! We will be happy to come back

Liza and Raphael are great hosts. The house is simply fantastic and you immediately feel at home. The location was perfect for us. It's not so touristy and crowded there. Really pleasant to enjoy the island. Hatibu and his team take great care of you and you feel very well looked after. The food was fresh and delicious every day. The manager Hatibu is always available and fulfills your every wish. For me there is really nothing to complain about. We stayed here for a week with the whole family (6 people) and at the end we really didn't want to leave at all. It is one of those places that you would prefer to keep to yourself. An insider tip. The house is beautiful and spacious. The outside is serene and there is plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the pool. Klaudia was easy to communicate with from the start and provided all the info we needed. The house manager, Aziza, was amazing. She went above and beyond to cater to our needs and made us feel at home. Jambiani is a great place to vacation, with plenty of restaurants and it's very close to Paje. I would stay here again

The Airbnb looks even prettier in person than on the pictures. All the information given by Ann-Sofie was very accurate and helpful. She even helped me organize a taxi from and back to the airport that has a fair price. If I had a question or an issue she was available asap and her responses were always swift and helpful. The accommodation is amazing and beautiful. I will definitely visit again! The compound also has a reception area and little coffee area for breakfast. The pool is always available and very nice to cool off even after a Long Beach day. (Hopefully next time they will have some umbrellas- the delivery is delayed) but apart from that it is beautiful. You can reach a lot of restaurants and the beach by foot and Ann-Sofie also provides information on how to find your way around the area. All in all 10/10

"We had an amazing holiday stay at Elisa eco-friendly villa , i am impressed how beautiful and creative her garden is( everythings in the garden is eatable ) The host was very accommodating and made sure our stay were comfortable. The villa is beautifully designed and environmentally conscious, which made me feel good about my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique and sustainable experience." We also enjoy our kite surfing session with Emm, our professional instructor and very recommended coconut kitesurfing as they are friendly-professional kite surf school( thank to shasha and Eline for keep our session fun.

A truly exceptional home, everything beautiful, clean, new... I love to cook and therefore appreciate the fully furnished kitchen, including the oven to bake, dishwasher. An incredibly large pool just 15 meters from the apartment, cleaned daily, which we used especially when the ocean was high. Definitely recommend, this place could use 10 stars. Thank you Lubica

Loved my stay here. Very friendly and respectful staff. Cleaned, colorful and peaceful. The beach here is mesmerizing. Loved the delicious food. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

Everything was easy and the place was very comfortable. Soul Paje is a great spot and very relaxing.

Everything was great 👍 Only the W - LAN was basically only stable in the living room. We would have liked this in the bedrooms of better quality. A wifi amplifier and it would certainly work✅

My 3 week stay at Wanja's place was peaceful and I felt at home. Wanja and the Aura Space Team were always responsive to my inquires and accommodating to my needs during my stay. This was my first visit to East Africa and to Zanzibar so I appreciated each of the dining and sightseeing suggestions Wanja provided. The area was very walkable and I met many friendly locals who helped to make my stay enjoyable. I would stay at Wanja's place again.

Appartment is perfect and as described. No storage room for luggages in such a big complex however is not very understandable.

I can't say enough great things about this place, and if we're ever lucky enough to return to Paje we will absolutely stay here again! The place is an apartment in what is really more like a gated community but it's also super close to everything so it's the best of the both worlds - We loved having the pool, communal working space, cafe, parking for our rented scooter, and laundry available and felt super safe because of the security. It was also really nice having a real space to make our own for the week, with a living room + tv, kitchen, and extra bedroom. The beach is a short walk away and there are tons of restaurants on the main the street that are actually better and cheaper then the beach restaurants. If you're only in Paje for a night or two and want to stay steps away from the beach or be right in the middle of the party scene, this might not be the place for you, but we saw a friends room at one of the beach clubs/hotels and were so happy we were staying here instead :)

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were amazing, especially Dan. The property is next to the beach and in the middle of a village. Seeing the African culture and way of living mixed with paradisiac views…was riveting. Several descent restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely book again.

Thank you very much for the wonderful stay at the apartment. We were well informed from the start, and communication during our stay was very easy and friendly. Sheila was very kind and always cleaned our apartment perfectly. The location is excellent for accessing shopping options or the beach. The complex is clean, safe, and beautiful, with a great pool area. We will definitely come back again.

The location is truly fantastic, right at the beach big windows on the inside so u always have a view of the beach. This is on the less crowded side of Zanzibar so it worked perfectly for us. The chef is amazing which is a big plus, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Host is also super responsive. Would def stay again. The house was cleaned every day which is great. No major cons on my part. The only thing to keep in mind is a number of the activities in Zanzibar are a little far 40+ mins drive from the apartment but we were aware of this and expected it.
