Home in Bwejuu
5 out of 5 average rating, 7 reviewsCozy Bungalow - Garden, Terrace, Rooftop, Beach
We felt very comfortable from the first moment, Ijob is a very likeable, helpful person who has lovingly designed his place. The beautiful beach is only 5 minutes walk from the property. There is, among other things, the beautiful, very tasty restaurant Evergreen, where you get 10% when you are accommodated in the cozy bungalow. Absolutely recommend the place and hope we can make it back one day. Thanks for the wonderful time at your place dear Ijob!

A nice place in Paje if you’re after resort style living. The whole place was generally very quiet and barely anyone at the pool. You can walk to town and to the beach very easily. Apartment has everything you need and is very well serviced. We especially appreciated the flexible check out time. Asante sana!

Home in Jambiani
4.91 out of 5 average rating, 121 reviewsJambian Beachfront Pool Villa „Dolphin House”
Dolphin House is a truly unique place and experience. The position directly on the beach is priceless - I could never get sick of the view! There's a good balance of home comforts and the privacy of the house with still feeling connected with the outside, the community and just generally being in Zanzibar. We spent all of our time in the outside space - rotating between the sofas, the loungers on the beach, the table and the pool. It's incredibly well thought out and comfy! Rudy and his local team were always on hand. The chefs, in particular, are exceptional - while you are handy for plenty of restaurants and bars, we enjoyed every breakfast and most of our dinners at the villa. When you have the best spot on the beach, there was very little reason to leave!

Apartment in Jambiani
4.95 out of 5 average rating, 91 reviewsMbao Beach Studio, SeaView Best position!
This beach house is perfect for relaxing and unwinding and offers beautiful views of the sea. A great experience to be able to watch the tides so intensively. Very slowing down. The host was always easy to reach and very helpful. He also gave many helpful tips. The only downside for me was the power outages and that I could not reliably work online and plan appointments. But the accommodation also invites you to take a vacation, read and relax. Definitely a clear recommendation and a particularly nice place to stay in Jambiani.
Home in Kiwengwa
4.73 out of 5 average rating, 15 reviewsSeaside Reflexion: Entire Home with Private Pool
I recently stayed at Banu, and I must say it’s a beautiful property that I highly recommend. The villa is not only stunning but also offers a private and peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay incredibly relaxing. It’s within walking distance to the beach, which is a big plus. Every morning, the pool is cleaned, ensuring it’s always pristine. Mr. Said, who handles the cleaning, is a very friendly and genuine person who takes pride in his work. He does an excellent job, and you can tell he truly cares about the guests' experience. During my stay, I had a few minor concerns, but Banu responded quickly and efficiently, addressing everything right away. As a tip for future visitors, the Melia Hotel next to the villa offers a fantastic buffet, which I found quite convenient, as finding good food in Zanzibar can be a bit tricky. Overall, Banu is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and well-managed place to stay.

Villa in Paje
5 out of 5 average rating, 5 reviewsWonderful Villa with private pool in Paje
11 of us came to stay at the villa for my friend’s hen party. It absolutely met all our expectations and more. The pool was a perfect size, dining table was fab and the rooms great. Lucy, Grace, Jane and all the staff were phenomenal and could not have done more for us. The food they cooked us was beautiful and they really helped us out by sorting extra food shopping (snacks etc) for us. The beach and all restaurants/bars are a 5 minute walk away and as a group of females we felt safe walking along the beach and back to the villa after an evening out. 100% recommend.

We come from a small beach town in California and although we've travelled and lived in many tropical locales we found the north coast of Zanzibar to be very unique in every way. This was a legit adventure full of culture. We rented a car and found that very few other travelers had done so as most take shuttles and taxis. I like the adventure of driving on the other side of the road from the other side of the car and it's balls out so I enjoyed that. We got pulled over by cops 5 times who tried to milk us for money but we were'nt having it so that was a fun game to play with them in its own way too. This place is not for the faint of heart so if you don't want adventure and intrigue go somewhere else. We did a lot while we were there for 2 weeks. We went swimming with Dolphins twice which was the highlight. We drove to the Rock Restaurant a couple hours away. We ate delicious food both at Anna's place and mainly at MJ's in town. Jacob was a huge asset and such a cool guy. Hakuna Matata
Home in Kiwengwa
5 out of 5 average rating, 12 reviewsGround Floor of Villa with Chef & Private Pool
My family had a wonderful 4 nights staying at Margo’s property - very private, very large functional bedrooms with fans, air conditioning and private ensuites, plus a separate fully self contained 3rd bedroom. A beautiful pool, 24 hour security onsite, daily house cleaning by Ester. And the dogs were super friendly and great company. If you like football, pack your boots and enjoy a game with the locals on the pitch next door. If you like tapas or just really good food - recommend having dinner at “ To Be” which is approx 1km from Margo’s. Couldn’t find fault with the accommodation or the lovely Margo as a wonderful host, who was available, responsive but also gave us total privacy.

Apartment in Paje
5 out of 5 average rating, 4 reviewsDeluxe flat with private outdoor cinema & terrace
Beautiful apartment in a luxury development, it really is a haven and home away from home. The host was very proactive in making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The terrace is beautiful and plenty of space to relax in the mornings and evenings accompanied by the local bird life. I needed to work during my stay and the apartment was great for that, with nice office area and reliable and quick Wi-Fi The development also has an idyllic natural swimming pool to use
Villa in Kendwa
4.8 out of 5 average rating, 10 reviewsTangawiz villa your best villa
Great stay at Kendwa, nested amongst local homes, very quiet at night and cozy villa. Pool was amazing and sunset views from the rooftop were unbelievable. Short straight 3 minute downhill walk to Kendwa beach. I’d stay here again, thanks to the friendly and flexible host Omar, the housekeeper Mussa for his readily availability and Chef Ali for a great in house breakfast experience.

Communication with Hamid was seamless, and he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodation itself was beautifully designed and well-maintained. The location was perfect—close to the beach and local attractions, yet tucked away enough for some peace and privacy. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. Hamid is an outstanding host, always available to give recommendations on the best local spots to eat, visit, and explore. His hospitality makes your stay extra special. I highly recommend his place to anyone looking to come to Zanzibar for a great experience.
