Was a beautiful yard filled with fruit trees and picked super fresh passion fruit for us to taste.The entire second floor of the house is private, very quiet and comfortable, there is also a small sea view from the balcony where we are almost at home every day.The homeowner will help you with everything in life, and drive us to buy ingredients.Multiple rooms with private bathroom for families.I really want to stay here every day and get the chance to come back and book again!

This place is absolutely perfect! Far away from the city to where you can relax right on the water, but still close enough to do things in Stone Town. Michelle helped to arrange our pickup from the airport, tours, and even our COVID tests to return to our home country. All of staff were very friendly and responsive, especially the chef with dealing with my food allergies. The staff also stocked the refrigerator with soda, beer, and wine, so no need to really stop and grab anything. If you are celebrating a special occasion or just want an experience, book the beach bbq with the staff. Everything was absolutely perfect!!

Loved every second of it. Wonderful place with a great outdoor area. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was a great place to hang out in when the sun is a bit too hot.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect, Private, and Unforgettable Stay! Our stay at Makunduchi Beach was absolutely incredible! Marvelous was so kind and helpful, connecting us with local boat rides and scooter rentals, making our experience seamless and stress-free. Her staff, especially Godliver, was beyond amazing—one of the sweetest and most attentive people we’ve ever met. The food was excellent, and what really made this stay unforgettable was the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. The house felt wonderfully remote and peaceful, yet it was still close enough to Jambiani for a fun day trip or an evening out. The rooftop was a major highlight—we spent our nights unwinding there, taking in the stunning views. The oceanfront location was breathtakingly untouched, with clear waters, sea anemones, and plenty of fish to admire. It felt like a private slice of paradise. My husband and I had such a wonderful time that we will absolutely be back. I can’t recommend Marvelous and her team enough!

Beautiful hill top villa in a quiet local area just a 5 minute walk on grass and sandy paths through a rural neighborhood to the beach. Pictures are accurate and the place is well maintained. Wonderful place to feel a small taste of what it’s like to live in Zanzibar without all the hustle a bustle. Super friendly neighbors…they even came by to see if my husband wanted to play soccer after he indicated the day before he would like to join their beach game. Ali, the house manager, is a true gem. Super kind, communicative, easy going and responsive while offering so many wonderful services. A/C works great, hot water is great, beds are comfortable. It’s rural, and in exactly where it’s indicated on the AirBnB map as well as Google, though roads are unsigned and I paved. Don’t be discouraged, you will find it (plus they plan to put up signs to make it easier).

Thanks Sissy, Zulfa and Willy. We had a great stay at the Adventure Villa. The front line location is incredible combined with beautiful well kept gardens and a caring team. We ate dinner a couple of times at the house, and was a fabulous experience to dine, relax and enjoy the sunset in the peace and quiet. Highly recommend using Mahad’s driving services. A warm soul who offered an excellent, well priced driving service. Thanks again Sissy and the team!

It was a beautiful stay at surfescape. Probably we were the only guests on the three nights we spent there, but we loved the privacy of the place. Having the beach all to ourselves was amazing. All the staff at the surf escape were without exception very friendly to us. Lyzah helped us rent a scooter for a trip, they picked us up from the airport. Everything was almost perfect. Admittedly, the rooms are a little dated, but all in all you felt very comfortable. Especially because security monitored the facility around the clock. The price per night is of course not little, for the fact that "only" breakfast is included. Although it has to be said that the breakfast was also top notch. Restaurants are within walking distance, so you didn't have to starve:-) All in all, we would 100% recommend this Airbnb.
