Monthly Rentals in Jamaica Beach

We had a wonderful stay! The fenced yard was perfect for our dog, and the outdoor spaces were fantastic—downstairs fire pit, a covered area we used for workouts, and an upstairs deck with sunshine and the sound of the surf. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and safely walkable to both the bay and beach. The home was very comfortable, clean, well-maintained, thoughtfully appointed, and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. Alejandro was an exceptional host, responding to questions almost immediately and going above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Even before booking, he answered a question about our dog with such kindness and hospitality. We felt truly at home and can’t wait to return!

This place was perfect for my husband and I. Perfect location, private and great view. Sam and Jackie communicated frequently during our stay. Everything was great.

Tom was very quick to respond to my questions. He made sure we checked in. His place is a great location close to the beach, restaurants and Walmart which was a huge plus !!! I would stay again :) thanks Tom!

Enjoyed my stay! The location is perfect. It was nice to be away from the center of the city while still being so close to groceries, a coffee shop, and the sea wall. As a solo traveler, it felt very safe. As a remote worker, the WiFi was always excellent. The bed and bedding were very comfortable.
